[Resolved]  The Bmw Asia Ltd — Remote Door Lock and Keyless Start Stop

I own two BMWs X3 20i, manufactured 2011 730 Li, manufactured 2010 In several locations in Rajagiriya in both vehicles the remote door locks and keyless start does not work. I have to manually lock/unlock the car. Car can be started only in several attempts by placing the key against the steering column. Local agents Prestige Automobile tell me it is due to certain telecommunication towers in the vicinity. They have no solutions and I have to live with the inconvenience. The only practical solution is for me to change the places I regularly visit or sell both BMWs. You will agree with me that, that is not a satisfactory answer. BMWs cost a fortune in Sri Lanka and I simply cannot accept such poor technology from probably the most expensive car in Sri Lanka. No other car sold in Sri Lanka has this problem. Obviously you can solve this problem. Please take this complaint VERY SERIOUSLY and offer a free of charge solution.
