The body care slimming centre of bangalore sankey tank road next to windsor manor has cheated us . i had taken arm tuks & they had promised that it will give 3 inches diffrence & i started for sessions & on 2nd session only they gave so much of G5 that my complete skin was burnt & it took 25 days to heal . As was there mistake completely i have told them give refund as it was my 1st session only i cannot continue, they are not attendeding to the issue itself including divya sood the director. Its shamefull how can they run business like this?

if you are not happy as a customer due to defective services or produvcts you have to the right to claim back your money. here are a few tips: You can take up your complaints with your disctrict consumer dispute resolution group. which comprises of judges, and IAS oficers. : http://ncdrc.nic.in/

you can approach consumer courts in your district too - if you are a lady then you will be provided with a free lawyer as well!

we went to the Bodycare for laser removal treatment for upper lip and chin for my wife, In the beginning they said 80-85% guarantee and we have taken package for Rs 10000 for 7 sittings. After 7 sittings and another 2 sittings(bonus), We see more hair growth than before treatment. When we ask them they talk all non-sense. They are BIG cheaters, don't know what to do now.
