[Resolved] The Faridabad Ex - Sainik And Karmachari Co-Op House Building Society Ltd, Faridabad — Worst Sewage problem and Road condition | |||
Cleaningness of the colony, worst sewage problem and very bad road condition in Sainik Colony Sector 49, near Shiv Mandir, Faridabad.... This is to bring in kind NOTICE that I am a resident of Sainik Colony Sector 49, near Shiv Mandir, Faridabad-121001. I and the whole street have been facing sewage problem since last 4-5 months. Now the situation is that we feel ashamed of inviting our relatives or friends to our premises as it full like HELL in here. All the sewage is on the road and sewage is Blocked, which provide us with full smell and Non Eco- Friendly Environment from the last 4-5 months. I request to the higher Authorities to look into the matter and do the needful to us, So that we can live in Eco- Friendly Environment. Also the road condition is too worst and worst and worst. We have also tried to address this problem to concerned person in Co-op society but no action is taken till date. We are also paying them Maintenance Charges regularly but they don;t even bother for that. I am making this complaint on behalf of all the Residents of my street. Please look into the matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and take the necessary steps to control and solve the problem, As there is big risk of diseases like Malaria, Dengue etc. Needless to say that Mosquitos problem is big here. Yes this society has very poor management and give no response against any complaint.
We are suffering from last 15 days for water supply. Vice President of this society Ms Anita Dhaiya very rude and give no response against our complaint. From last 15 days water supply not come in F-Block Sainik Colony.
Hope this society listen our request and resolve water problem.

This society has lot issue
1) No proper sewage - Sewage water is just flowing on streets
2) No electricity - No adequate electricity means, very low voltage.
3) No water - Every other house is asking for water tanker.
4) No proper roads
Society management is taking no responsibility.

Illegal construction: 3145 J block, Sainik Colony, 1st Floor.
The construction done at first floor is illegal. The first floor owner has extended his balcony which was not in earlier approved Map. This is done by them intentionally b'se now they are selling that property b'se they want to increase the cost of that floor.

Hi, can anyone advise me if buying a 2nd floor, double unit, 2 BHK flat in Sainik Colony is advisable? I have read many mixed comments on this online and am really confused. The dealer / builder is assuring a home loan from all the leading banks. Is that good enough of an assurance that I will have no issues later on? Please help me!
Hi, can anyone please help me as I am really confused about buying a 2 BHK, 2nd Floor, double unit in Sainik Colony. Is it legal and safe to invest in this property? The dealer assures me that it is legal and will be registered plus he is getting me a bank loan as well from any of the leading banks. Is that good enough of an assurance? I mean the banks would not give out loans if the documents aren't in order, right?

It will be a good option to go for Sainik colony as the whole sector is very well geographically located. It has a very good connectivity to Noda, Gurgaon and Delhi as well.
It is safe to invest here as you are getting a loan. Even I am looking in the same colony. It depends on which street you are looking in particularly in Sainik Colony.

Hi, i am living in sainik colony sec 49 for 10years. In staring their was no problem of water, sewer, electricity etc but from last 3 years their is big problem of water. Water problem comes in whole NCR, directors of sainik colony are not ready to short out mainly part2 directors. They become gready, they always force us for money then they provide water for few months.
I recommend those people who want to buy property in sainik colony. Please buy property in HUDA sectors. This is private society and their is lots of problem of water an sewer over flow
