Sir the following detail i have sent to the concerned company's email & also by speed posts, but till now no correction is there.

With due to respect, I, Raj Kumar Verma, beg to say that I'm frontline subscriber & the new subscriber number is F/14728. I attentin to you that accordingly your reference letters & my knowledge, subscription has been allotted from 21 NOV, 2008 to 6 NOV, 2009. Furthermore I have also sent the demand draft for the next 3 yrs. of value Rs.925/-.
But the reference letter FLN/PS1042/30 MAY 2009 sent by yourepresents the subscripstion from 19 JUN 2009 to 1 JUN 2012, actually this would be from 6 NOV 2009 to onwards for the next three years. I have already sent you all the documents related to this matter but no response i have gained till now. Thereafter i called you several times but again no response i gained. What is this?? Now the last 3 issues of Frontline has been sent by you from the both subscription numbers old F/1042 & new F/14728. If you are not able to correction plz return my whole of money. I have feeled much inconvenience for the last 3 months just because of you. Many times i have tried to inform you about this but no reply from you. Now i'm attaching all the scanned documents related to this matter & also a scan copy of speedpost receipt showing that i have already sent you the duplicate copies of the concerned documents.
Therefore i request you to correct all the information about subscription & the subscriber details.Thereafter please response me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
