I got an e-mail regarding winning the lottery of msn/yahoo lottery worthing 750000GBP.Did anyone received the prize money in this.
when i sent my details I received an e-mail from one of courier services company tells that I have to pay Rs.45000/- regarding courier charges to deliver that prize money.
TELL ME IS IT A REAL ONE OR FAKE ONE.

Dear Sir/ Madam,As per your suggestion I contacted [protected]@live.com and they replyed I am actually a winner but the email sent to me was by hacker as you informed too. They gave me Stream Bank PLC's address and email Id, I contacted them with my winning number. Now they are asking me to open an account with them for 450 GBP and want my identity proof. Complaint Board says Stream Bank is not fake, and I should follow their procedure. Please suggest what should I do I have already sent you an email with complete conversation details between me, complaintboard and stream bank.
Is complaintboard UK's government website? Is it trustworthy?
