This all fraud. I'm in a software company and we regularly import items. First of all, a courier charge of 380 pounds is incorrect. In that amount you can import goods amounting to kgs and I'm talking more than 10 kgs. Since it is only a document, this amount is unjustifiable.
Secondly, this is not a courier service heard off before. Normal courier services are UPS, DHL, Fedex etc.
It is advised not to pay them a dime. Its a fraud.
