It appears that this is a scam; I was contacted with exactly the same information as displayed. Obviously, since if we had won the lottery, we should not have received the same ticket, something is wrong. Additionally, I am fifteen years old. I'm not sure what the regulations are, but seeing as how the e-mail asks for a full name, an address, and a phone number, things that I'm certain people such as myself should not be permitted to give out, and as how it asks for an occupation, which I'm certain many people around my age should not possess, the e-mail appears to have a general focus on adults, which means that it has a general focus. An e-mail stating that you've won the lottery shouldn't have a focus, as it is intended only for the winner of the lottery. Yes, I am fairly certain that this is a scam...
I was sent the exact same email: I am thirteen, and really doubt that it is legal in any country or state to have someone of my age win the lottery. I agree with the previous comment; this is a scam, don't believe it. Please. It is possible that this email might be carrying a virus as well; so i would suggest that, if you receive it, don't open it and delete it as soon as possible.
I also was sent the e-mail and I'm 17, this is absolutely a scam and unfortunately my family needs some extra cash right about now. It is for this reason that i abhor people using scams like this to get money out of honest hard working people.
This is the one I recieved today...
