The Oriental Insurance Co India Ltd. Dear Sir / Madam, The Claim submitted on 16th Nov'11 and Claim No. 30000580, claim of Mrs Arati Bhattacharyya - Insurance Policy No.311500/48/2012/3961, Claim Amount Rs. 35,680 has not been received yet. I have followed it up with E-meditek where they are saying it is discrepant stating reasons which are not valid. All the papers required were submitted along with the Policy issuance scan.. The Claim submitted on 16th Nov'11 and Claim No. 30000580, claim of Mrs Arati Bhattacharyya - Insurance Policy No.311500/48/2012/3961, Claim Amount Rs. 35,680 has not been received yet.
I have followed it up with E-meditek where they are saying it is discrepant stating reasons which are not valid. All the papers required were submitted along with the Policy issuance scanned copies still I am not getting any reply from the Company.
I dont know what to do now with such kind of a harassment.
