[Resolved] The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. — Claim cheque held by Divisional Office-21

Dear Concern, Refer claim no 272300/31/2009/441, Vehicle no. UP14 AF 3498, (Chasis no 00527, Engine no-38721) in the name of Mr. Pradeep Kumar, 1/592, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Claim has already been passed but at the final stage claim cheque has not been released and the claimant has been asked to manage and submit "NCRB" report, though it is not mandatory on the part of claimant and never communicated to the claiment during the entire process of claim. Claimant is shocked, disappointed and feels harassed by such attitude of The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and requests immediate release of cheque. ( Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

my bike no is up11v 6775 we got a cheque was outdated i go gaziabad myself and i got holiday for that day but then mr tilak raj in gazabad insaurance we will make rtgs but didnt any money claim of me i go there in[protected] and i done fax dated by[protected] till today i didnt got any claim and nt picking up the phone

I don,t get Insurance paper

I have a Renault Duster Car and am purchased this in 08 august 2015. my bad luck am not collect my insurance policy paper. this time only the cover letter in my hand .
