[Resolved]  The Royal Bank Of Scotland — credit card

My mother had a RBS credit card. I made a payment of 710 on 04/07/2011 though net banking but the amount gets back to my account. When I asked customer care they the concern person should speak to them. But I mentioned to them that my mother don’t know English in that case they said to send mail to us. When I sent mail to them they sent replay saying that the concern person should sent mail, when a person don’t know to speak English how she can send mail?. And in nest statement we get a penalty of 650 rs for not make the payment on date. and again I called customer care same story repeat but we come to know that the IFSC code is changed in earlier payment but I get the IFSC code though Google search and it is ABNA0100310. As per the statement the overall due is 10819 rs and I paid 10820 rs on 1/08/2011. I request the customer care to close the card. They said that the card is closed. And I received a mail on 8/08/2011 saying that the card is closed. But I received a statement date on 15/08/2011. Saying that a balance of 200 rs is pending in my credit card amount. Again the same stories repeat to speak with customer care. On 25/08/2011 customer care is accepted to give wavier of 200 rs. But the conformation on 29/08/2011. When I called the customer care again the same stories repeat to speak with customer care and again they said that the due amount is still pending in our account we should pay the amount immediate. When we are not paid with in the due date again penalty will be made in our card.
