[Resolved] The Smart Shop — refund for cancellation of e ticket | |||
I(Piyush kumar) have booked my railway e-ticket through a travel agent, having PNR no.[protected],train no.12301, transaction ID [protected],date of journey[protected]. Due to some reason my plan got changed. i therefore informed that agent on[protected] to cancel my e-ticket. On[protected] when I did not get my refund back than I inquired about the same then he replied that he is unable to cancel my e-ticket because IRCTC has blocked his ID and he can not say till how long it will remain blocked ,he has forwarded my information to his company. Cancelation will be possible as per company’s response and it will take two or three days more. if my ticket gets cancelled after two days than there will be unnecessary deduction in refund money . Then what’s the use of timely cancellation of ticket ?. Please kindly help me to get my refund money back on time. THANKING YOU PIYUSH KUMAR Was this information helpful? | |||

the smart shop cheated us in many ways. We have deposited non refundable amount of Rs.15000/- for life time license but the smartshop stopped the services without assigning any reason. Our repeated persuasion has been made several times but they don't respond They became a cheater. our portal was INIXA[protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected]
