[Resolved] Ticketgenie India Pvt. Ltd. — Online Ticket Booking | |||
The fradulent was done by - Ticketgenie India Pvt. Ltd., 215 Bellary Road, Palace Orchards,Bangalore - 560080. IPL tickets booked online using debit card payment on 02/03/10 for the match of 17/03/10 at Eden, Kolkata. But they did not deliver the tickets though at the time of booking it was told that through Blue Dart,atleast three days prior of the match, the tickets will be delivered. The amount forfeighted is Rs. 3600 for 3 tickets. Ticket nos. are - 26601, 26602, 26603. The order no. is - 92924. Ticketgenie is one the official partner of IPL 2010. I have known about it from the website. To prove this i have the mail sent by Ticketgenie as confirmation of ticket booking as well as sms. I have also the screenshots. Same has happened to me.. I had booked tickets on march 5th for RCB vs KKR match at bangalore on april 10th.. they sent a regret mail saying tickets are overbooked.. on march 5th itself i had booked for RCB vs MI match at bangalore on april 17th.. so far i have neither received their regret mail nor the tickets.. They havent replied to my repeated mails also.. What must i do? is this the way ticketgenie should behave? I wonder why IPL chose ticketgenie as their online booking portal! I know Mr.Modi personally, so will ask him to take necessary action
