[Resolved]  Tikona — bad service

hello
i taken tikona broadband service from 1 month before
my id:[protected]
from the first day i am facing problem.. with speed and
disconnects 10-15times and i not able to attache any file
it shows upload error.
and low conectivity speed.
complained several times but no body resolves my problem
i really frustrated by tikona people.

Tikona wireless services — Useless network service

I took this Tikona wireless network 20days back, from the first day itself i m facing many issues like there would be no proper network service and no proper assistance from the customer care.Eventhough i called they ll not respond and even in some situations they would switchoff their mobiles..They have not provided any kind of information to resolve the issue.I am not able to work with the network and not able to use the services.Even they have not given me the customer care details to call them in urgency.Its a worst service which is eligible to band.They are ready to take money even 5rs for th service but they ll not come to resolve the initial issue..

I have taken their broadband service connection and its not working. I contacted their customer care service many times every time they assure that their service will be solved in 48hours and nothing happens.
Customer care service is also very very bad. I have tried almost 50times and was able to speak to them only 4-5time,ans is 'all the executives are busy with other customers' and i am still not able to understand what they Advice you to register for call back service.

Tikona Digital Network — Very Poor Service

We were facing so many problems with the Broadband Service provided by Tikona since we have taken the connection every now and then they promised us that the services will be fine and asked us number of chances that they will get it rectified. We gave chances and kept on calling their technical team regularly regarding the network problem which we were facing.
Last Complaint for this was[protected]

Ultimately after we got frustrated and decided to get rid of this Service and made a disconnection request.
[protected] and we were promised that the connection will be disconnected within 7 days.Even though we received confirmation call regarding disconnectin.But it was more than 20 days no action taken.Again when we called up to know the status of request they are saying that the earlier request has been closed. We need to make a new request and again said that the connection will be disconnected within seven days.

So i think why should we pay for this months when we were expecting that this should be terminated but not being terminated yet.
I have taken their broadband service connection and its not working.
while gvng the connection he explaind about the package i.e for full599 the speed will be 512 kb/s but they are providing only 300kb/s .and browsing speed & downloading spped is very slow.i cmlptd so many tmes but they r not gving any response to me.

Try to solve this problem as soon as possible
I was using Tikona internet service for few days for my official propose. Their customer service people have treated me with very bad experience. I wonder as to why the Indian Govt provide licensee to such company who are back of money instead of fulfilling the customers desires (service). Rude people are qualified to work (Doesn’t speak good lang to communicate/ doesn’t know how to treat customers who have invested money and due to which they have job/ lack of manners and professionalism), No system to follow their work . May 17th I got the connection, end of July 2010 I had issues with the internet and got fed up calling them for help, each time I was made to explain the same issue. August I called them to disconnect the connection, It took close to an 3 months to resolve one issue, Even After 3 months they were not bothered. I push it as I didn’t wanted such cheap company to follow me to Mysore as I am shifting shortly. I have made them to fix the date to take the payment or else I will not make it . I have call recordings on which I said, I will not make the payment if they don’t come by 29th of oct 2010 to collect the payment, guess what!!! They didn’t!! 30th Oct I called again to say, hey, you guys agreed “not to make the payment if the agreed date (29th Oct) your guys don’t come to collect the money then they started talking rude, We have other customers to talk, try to understand, we don’t have time, we will send the people tomorrow to collect the money etc” Finally I realize that it is not safe to deal with such company and people (rude) so I told them I will make the payment.
My objective here is not to gain my money back but to save the customers who are planning to invest money to such company. Who doesn’t know the value of time and doesn’t have system to follow their work. I have wasted 45 min talking to them at first conversation to fixed the date to make the payment, second time it took 47 min to find a resolution.
I have all the conversation recordings to prove that they didn’t follow what they promised and I am not happy about it. Finally, Thank god I have not provided my new address to this company.

Please don’t use Tikona for any cause. Hoping that consumer complaints people will provide me Tikona companies MD or CEOs direct phone # so that I can talk to them and tell them “21st century and you company still makes fake promises to convince customers for which you will pay now ”.

Sir the tikona is a froad company..n tikana is unable to provide tha wifi connection...so i[censored] hv problem then u can withdraw yr connection..n we cant yr help eny more....

Tikona Digital Networks — Non refund of Installation Charges and Rude service

I had applied for a new connection after receiving call from the service provider on 26th march 2011. I was promised that within 2 days the installation process will be complete, which did not happen. I had to call the company several times when after 15 days a person turned up for installation. He informed me there was no coverage in my area, contradicting the demo day as when the demo was conducted there was coverage in my area. After several attempts second person came to my residence on 1st May and i was informed that the application was canceled. I never received a call about the cancellation. When asked about refund i was asked to register a complaint which i did. Then after 5 days when I called to check the the refund status i was informed that I have to email for same, this was also done by me. During all this time I never received any communication, I had to call the company. There were several calls made and was informed the request is not yet generated. When I called again on 25th may I was informed that the request for refund is not complete and when asked there was no SLA provided. When asked forn SLA for refund I was informed that the company has no SLA. Also the organization is harassing me by sending bill payment messages when i do not have any account with them. After 3 months I do not have a time when the money will be refunded. I please request you to help me in this. I have all the communication details, the bills to show the number of times i contacted the company and the emails sent, but have never received any response. The customer call agents shout and yell when asked for an SLA. The supervisors also do the same. no one is ready to help. The company Tikona Digital Services is a Fraudulent company for falsely informing me there is no coverage when there are people using the services, not sending engineers for services, not refunding my money and sending me messages to pay bill without having an account with them.

I am currently a user of TIKONA with the user id [protected]. I have received my first bill from TIKONA which is shocking to me; I am disputing the bill as I have the following issue:

The plan which I have requested is BB449 UNLIMITED Plan and based on which I made the initial payment. However, the plan which is mentioned on the bill is ADCB299. This plan ADCB299 is a limited plan which is charging me extra usage, i never requested for limited plan. So I mailed my issue to TIKONA customer care asking to rectify the plan with immedi/ate effect.
After 24 to 30 hrs I got a mail from customer care ID with all the calculation and confirmation of plan change. It was great experience with Tikona customer care, I really appreciate.

I am really pleased with the manner in which my problem has been addressed and resolved. Special mention to Mr. S. Nair & Team who have taken pain in addressing my billing issue evolved due to charging me with an undesired billing plan. The team has worked with the back end billing team to understand the problem, ensured proper co-ordination, rectification and enabling me to have my desired services within a short time.
Keep it up. Hope for similar support and co-operation in future.

i am facing again upload error and low connectivity problem
i tried last wk call your customer care
but it says max time limits to connect service engineer..9 mins but cal get cuts within 4-5 mins
several times its repeated.
finally i called 8-8-2012 and registered complaint
complaint No: 1-[protected]

but they told to resolve.. the problem Max 48 hrs...
but my question is
from 1 wk i am facing same problem ... and now 48 hours i have to wait...
and i defenetly know that they r not going to resolve this by my previous experience
Never Buy Tikona, Bad-Bad service they never stick to their words. Sick of compinies like this. i just wish they stop calling me.
I took a wireless internet connection from Tikona in Jan 2013 to keep a watch on our showroom through remote access as my husband was operated for cancer and he is bedridden for last 6 months. I was assured 2mbps regular speed at time of giving the connection but right from the day one services were highly unsatisfactory. Major issues were low speed, frequent dis connectivity, no visits by engineers etc. From 3 rd week of Mar 2013 situation became more worse and everyday we had to call customer care deptt. and since they were not able to rectify the fault online they promised visits by engineers ( which rarely happened ). In the whole month of April around 50 calls were made to the customer care deptt. but no permanent solution was provided by the company. I requested them to refund my installation charges, waiver in bill and compensation as company failed to deliver the services but they refuse. Now they are sending threatening mails to clear the dues and my request for disconnection is also not being taken seriously. Through your forum I request people to keep away from this company they are cheats looking for short term gains like installation charges ( because they claim it's non refundable ) . This company has a very inefficient customer care and field staff your problems will never be resolved. The only deptt. which is very efficient is recovery and collection they will start sending threatening mails and calls in case you raise a dispute. This company is very smart once they realize that customer will opt for disconnection they ask you to return the equipment's and clear all the bills and then they do the final settlement. You will be charged for periods when there services were not even available and in case you request for a disconnection and by mistake send a mail to them through there network to esquire the status of your complaint , your disconnection request is null and void. So plz plz ask other consumers to avoid this company they are big time frauds and cheats there are hundred of complaints against them. I'm planning to go to consumer court in June in case anybody from Ghaziabad area wants to join us you can contact us on our mail i.d [protected]@yahoo.com. I'm planning a campaign against this company in Indrapuram area I request all the consumers who have suffered at the hands of this company to unite and teach them a lesson, so that in future no other company dares to take consumers for a ride.
At the time of installation, a temporary kind of installation was done including drilling holes for the wire coming down.
Now i am having problem connecting to the network from a long time due to dislocation. And the engineer assigned to do the job has a switched off phone. How to contact him? Should i just sit the whole weekend waiting for that person to come an do the job. I have various things to do and that too on sunday. You really have a very bad service including the engineer's attitude towards their work. Hope you improve it and please get my job done asap or i' ll be force to quit your connection.
It is the same problem with Tikona I also face. They are collecting the money in advance. Public, Please do not pay them at all. Their service is very bad & they dont disconnect till they swallow the money and tell us that we disconnected only now and so no refund. do not take Tikona service at all.

fake call & threatning for legal action

Tikona's called legal advocate is calling from tees hajari court and force to pay money immidiately otherwisw they will file case and raise legal action against us and we have to go delhi for this case or will have to pay very high fine.
