[Resolved]  Tikona — Slow speed and no help from customer care.

complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me.

my name is rachit. i have given request of wi-fi modem ten days earlier but still i didn't
get any positive response from your side.

Even i had a bad experience with Tikona. The agent collected Rs 500/- saying that i will get the connection within 2 days but after few days he said that there is no network in your area and till date he has not refunded the money. Its been more than a month past this event.These people are cheaters. We should complain against them in Consumer court.

Congratulations ! I have decided to pay up the Tikona bill of Rs. 274 inspite of not using your service for a single hour. In fact I will be paying Rs. 500+ Rs. 274= Rs. 774. The 500 rupees was the security deposit. I have attached the full and final settlement receipt for your reference.

Congratulations to Tikona billing department for being persistent in sending bills on regular basis and charging interest at the rate of 120%. Indeed many many congratulations to the CFO of Tikona. It is an excellent business model- in modern electronic extortion. Congratulations to the customer service team for actually managing to shield up to 50 calls from me to reach the concerned person who can take action. Customer service team you are doing a wonderful job at not providing any customer service. I think you should ask your management for a raise. It has been truely frustrating experience to the customer which means that you have done a fine job

Congratulations to the management team for hiring individuals in billing department and in customer service. They have done a tremendous job at not allowing any information to reach the management. The best part is that the management believe that everything is going well when it comes to customer satisfaction.

i paid for may and they called today to pay the bill for the month of june. what the hell is that suppose to mean.it is 4 month after i have disconnected it in june, they just keep on calling you each time different caller..everytime the same story goes on..

I am Shishir Kumar Singh from Delhi. I am using Tikona from 13 Aug 2010 till now. My User ID: [protected]. In 45 days I have given 27 complain to tikona customer regarding SLOW SPEED but they are still UNABLE TO SOLVE IT. Tikona technical person surly visiting at my home to check connection and always follow same step to resolve my issue from last 1 month. Don't laugh at him what he is doing to resolve... enable and disable my Ethernet card, Release and Renew IP Address, Cleaning Temp folder and after that they saying I have configure your system. It would be not wrong If say: Tikona service is outstanding but service quality is zero and don't talk about Connection Speed or Stability.. When I am calling to Disconnection Department then They are looking for last chance to resolve my issue. Then .. It's Ok... After that They were looking another last chance... by saying .. They were still working on it please give more time... I think company needs 3 to 4 years time make connection working properly... But this time Worthless Worthless connection... In Delhi...

In 45 Day I gave 27 call for same issue SLOW SPEED but they are still unable to resolve my problem... The Technical Person Visited more than 15 times and doing same step to resolve my problem. The Steps are.. 1. Enable/Disable Ethernet Card, 2. Release/Renew IP Address 3. Cleaning Temp file. 4. Cleaning Web History and Cookies That's all... Most Important part they are giving illogical answer regarding Slow Speed. By See all these thing.. It would be not wrong If your are Saying...all these things... So, Tikona Service is Outstanding and Quality of Service is Zero, Not small one... thing as bigger Zero... and about Speed DASH DASH DASH HAI...

Tikona — very bad speed

i have taken tikona broad band connection plan of 512kbps in 600 for unlimted services.but i am getting very poor speed which is not according to plan.it means they are cheating.no action is taken out to sort my problem.the whole thing is happening since last 2 weaks.

I have taken this broiadband connection, but, from the day of installation it's not working properly. There customer care is simply useless, they even don't tried to undersatnd the problem. Engineer visited so many times but with a day or two we started losing the connectivity. This broadband ws ush mess. Please take some strict action aginst such kind of service providers.
One should really not opt for Tikona. Very hopeless service and worst call center. Very low connectivity and lot of speed issues.
Even higher authority is sleeping as they do not respond to your queries.

Its a big mistake to opt for Tikona

I've taken the fixed plan of 499 rs. but bill is coming more then the plan. Last month I payed full bill & complaint that charges of wifi system is added extra, so they commited that in next month bil it will be adjusted but to my surprise this month in stead of adjusting previous extra charges this month charges are again added.

Tikona — waste service and response

I had taken this idiotic tikona service 15 days back. They said they will be providing the user name and password within two days but till now they not yet response. No compliant number. After 15 days back a person came by night 10.15 for checking that nano and said this area is feasible and line cant be given. The tenant in my house using the same tikona. For them its gud. But they saying it wont come for me. Moreover the person came was drunk fully and fell down while checking the nano at upstairs. Being a central gov staff they not allowing me inside their office and while calling they saying not to come and they will return back the cheque within 15 days. 2 cheque leafs wasted becuse of these people. There is no solution for me till now. One request to all dont take this broadband connection..

Tikona — No connection installed and not yet received the refund even after 5 months

Dear Sir,

I had subscribed for a Tikona connection at my residence (102 ,Sidhivinayak Tower, Near Bhoir Gymkhana , Mahatama Fule Road) on 26t June 2010,even before installation there was no good network at my place but the sales guy (Mr.Deepak his no [protected]) blufed me saying that there is network at my place and the connection will be installed in a day or two and took a cheque of Rs.500 drawn on standard chartered bankcheque no,but when the engineer came to install he found no network at my place and no connection was installed.

Thereafter i requested for my refund and i was being told that i will get the same with in 45 days but now its almost 5 month and i have not yet received any refund nor has any one contacted me from tikona.

I am calling the customer care every week and what i am getting is just an assurance.


I have also escalated the issue to the issue to its nodal officer - mumbai Mr.vikas bhosle and Mr.Kumar his no is [protected] but yet have not received any responce or revert from him accept a assurance mail.

i am an employee of tikona from bangalore and i have never seen such a company because i am not recieving my salary properly each and every month, though working hard without taking holidays unnecessarily.this is not only my condition but also my collegues.our salaries is mentioned as 7474 in offer letter, but each month we recieve less than 5000.this month i got only 2000 which is disgusting.
this is all because of a person in our main office in domlur bangalore named as Vikram who is technical head.he doesnt update us anything and he is very jeolous of all employees as he wants to be a boss.if there are such people like him then tikona will soon shut down.i want to inform this to prakash bajpai as no body is responding properly to the employees.there are no proper tools in our office too.the network is so bad for which this vikram is not taking any action.when he is treating us like this then just think of customers how their conditions will be.this month each and every employee has got less salary.if bajpai is seeing this then please take some action against them asap.there are politics happening in our office.i dont want to give details as i dont want to make it complicated. thanking you.hope good happens

I have r request for termination of inter net service connection connection through mail And also in a paper to terminate and collect the equipment since i will be in Delhi. The telephone communication to all local persons in commercial, technical, billing, CUSTOMER CARE etc is in vain.
I am rather amused to know that they are sending the bills to my OLD address regularly even though i am not staying there, use TIKONA services after July billing cycle and with all such non usage and non payment the services are yet to be terminated or message is not given to Billing section.

Pl arrange to do the needful and collect the small piece of equipment with prior intimation to me so that the same can be handed over to TIKONA personnal on production of identity and issuing receipt.
