[Resolved]  Tikona — Slow speed and no help from customer care.

complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me.

when i buy net connection at that time tikona officer told me u pay 4800.00rs full and final payment including tax and everything than u have to pay nothing . i bought the conection at that time now they tell me u have to pay service tax and instalation charge and then resume my service up to i have pay. hey hi...i too have taken tikona wifi bro...i have taken the 750 kbps plan...and i get a transfer rate of only 15 to 20...i am very angyr for these people are eating my money ..which i have sloged to earn...i tell every one ..do not take tikona network...it is the most worst network ...infact my cellphone downloads faster than my pc...at 30 kps per sec..what a shame...

Tikona — no connection and not refunding money

i had called them for internet connection 2 and half month before but they hadn't provided me connection till date and nor refunded my money which they had taken as connection charge.
plz look into matter as quickly as possible

Tikona — fraud with my bill

i purchased tikona broadband three months ago and about two month ago i take service of wi-fi modem from tikona at the rent of 75 rs. per month. but upto one month my wi-fi service is not activated by the company.and at the end of the month they send me bill that include the charge of my wi-fi service which was i never used.and again this month also they sent me bill of 75 rs.i complain against this issue to company about 25 to 30 times in two months then also they are not attending my complaint.
i am to tense since last two months about this issue.

tikona has really bad service, they show greenary to trap the customer, once u got connection u will suffer slow speed and most of time disconnectivity, and whenever u call at customer care they just give u complaint number but no action frm there, their engineer never come to visit u, i had tikona connection but bcoz of their careless attitude i change it by reliance, dnt get this connetion otherwise u will irritate urself.

Hi, please don't get TIKONA CONNECTION... I got 1Mbps speed plan but not even a single browser page is opening.. Monthly paining 1556 rupees waste.. At begining it was nice but day to day getting worst... If i download the download speed is 0.4 Kbps of 1024 Kbps... For past 1 month i was complaining but no action from their side... The technical person after fighting came and checked and told some problem is there we will come tomorrow, bit still tat tomorrow didn't came for them... PLEASE DON'T TEST THE SPEED while showing demo IN "SPEEDTEST.TIKONA.IN" it will show more, USE "SPEEDTEST.NET"... Worst network and customer i have ever seen...

This is Srijith and I had a Tikona Connection in the name of Manjunath Bhandary.

I got a situation here regarding my bill payment.

I have been paying the bill for first two months(ie. Aug and sept) But the customer care people call me and ask for the bill payment.
I said, I have already paid the bill and also I have given them the check details.

But later after few days they are calling me again and again asking for bill payment. I say the same thing, I said above, and then they ask for check details.

My connections are disconnected now ( I assume this is because you people are thinking I have not paid the bill)

I know I have a due payment for the month of Nov. But i did not pay that bill because, my connection was disconnected when the bill was received and I have filled complaint over 15 times ( 1 same complaint each day) but I did not see results. I don't know what you people are doing with the complaints. You people where least bothered to fix it. No one even bothered to call me to discuss about the problem.

But for bill payment (i dont know which month, even the customer care guy did not know which month when I asked him ) you people call me daily.

Who will tolerate this type of service ?

Also for installation purpose the installation guy came at 11pm at night. with no Ethernet cables. I had to buy my own LAN
cable for my PC. Great service!!! right ?

After no response for over 15 complaints I have filled for over 1 month, I changed my connection to a different good ISP and I am pretty
happy about their service.

My problem is,

-- You guys started calling me now and asking for the check details almost everyday. I have given these details long back ago so many times
.so, stop asking these details and stop calling me again.

Tikona — Regarding Refund RS FIVE HUNDRED.

Dear Sir,

I had subscribed for a Tikona connection at my residence (102 ,Sidhivinayak Tower, Near Bhoir Gymkhana , Mahatama Fule Road) on 26t June 2010,even before installation there was no good network at my place but the sales guy (Mr.Deepak his no [protected]) me saying that there is network at my place and the connection will be installed in a day or two and took a cheque of Rs.500 drawn on standard chartered bank ,but when the engineer came to install he found no good network at my place.

I launch my first complaint regarding internet connectivity not good and Installation antivirus software. But from Tikona no any technical person solved this problem. After that so many time I contacted your customer care, nodal officer for that reason. But they also did not solved my technical problem.

Then I requested your customer care pl solve my Technical problem as early as possible or disso connect my internet and return my Refund RS 500. That’s time your customer care person agree for that

Thereafter I requested for my refund and i was being told that i will get the same with in 45 days but now its almost 5 month and i have not yet received any refund nor has any one contacted me from tikona.
My disconnect date is 18.07.2010 but your Nodal officer statement is We have wish to inform you that your Tikona service was active from 6/30/2010 to 10/15/2010. how it is possible?

And also your officer replied This service shows an outstanding amount of Rs. 501/- against the account which has not been cleared.

But my plan is monthly unlimited downloading and it has fix charges but from your side you not provide proper service for that reason how you charge me??

And you also check my usage it shows so many time it is disconnected.


I am calling the customer care every week and what i am getting is just an assurance.


I have also escalated the issue to the issue to its nodal officer - mumbai Mr.vikas bhosle and Mr.Kumar his no is [protected] but yet have not received any response or revert from him accept a assurance mail.

Tikona — slow connection

my connection is slow i am using ethernet modem my id is [protected] and mobile number [protected] and connection name is in jayaraman i have taken plan of 650 but my download speed is 220 and it is not 600 please take my complaint foward
The Service of the concerned department is worst and their not worried about their customer. Just they send their bill on time and are only concerned about the money. Even i have called the customer care for nearly 15 times but they just tell your complaint is on a higher note we will send the engineer as soon as possible. And also the net doesn't work in the evening. It shows "Limited or no Connectivity". I m fed up of this so i have just send them notice to suspend the service.
Yes dude all of you, please don't refer tikona wibro connection for anybody even for your enemy also, totally irritating!! i am having 750kbps unlimited plan but they are providing only 180kbps and my downloads didn't cross beyond 10kbps its totally irritating, and the world's most worst customer care service award will definitely won by tikona only, they are taking complaints complaints complaints complaints complaints complaints and thats it. dont get wonder because i have installed tikona wibro connection in my home last week only. but for these seven days i have raised 6 complaints :) and didn't get any response for those complaints. i am raising complaints to take action on complaint lolz..

hi this is Amasidda from hubli, dont go for tikona in anywhere, they have got no services and proper billing and installation. i never got the speed they promised to give me, they just want money, its like an corruption in the hubli city, and have no ethics towards the service, they just want cup of tea with cigarette.

i have tikona connection the worstest connection in the country i experienced, as i have connection of tikona see i am sending the complaint with aircell sim activated for internet. its too slow that even just a sim can beat its service. they have poor of the poor customer services in everywhere not only in hubli. dont just believe.

Tikona — speed

i take the Quarterly unlimited plan Qunlit1949 they sad 600kbps download speed.
But after they say intially400mb they give that speed after it will reduced to 126kbps.

i have been using tikona broadband since october i have started with 256kbps unlimited plan and it was good then 4 days back i wanted to change my plan to 600kbps so i did. i had exact speed for 2days then after the speed was reduced so i made a call to customer care i was shocked after listening to thier plan
600kbps - 649/-
600kpbs speed is only for 6GB then after it will be 100kbps
this wasn't mentioned any where
unlimited plan having a limit of 6gb ohhhhh great isn't it???
