Tikona — Service and Bill | |||
Hello, I have been customer of this company for more than 2 years. One day they disconnected my number without prior notice. I had informed them that I am out of town & pay their bill soon. Yet inspite of the fact that I had always payed their bill on time they disconnected my line. When I came back there was no connection from tikona. I called them to please come home & connect my service & take their bill. But they kept on insisting to pay bill first which was unfair. Finally one day I decided to pay bill to get service back & called them. When I entered my user id it said wrong id! Which means they have disconnected my services completely, that too for a small amount of Rs.1400/- delayed by just 20-25 days. Now they keep threatening me to take legal action via some lawyer & I cant even contact them in the absence of my working id. Infact they are now talking of a bill amount of Rs.4000/- When they closed my account with bill amount Rs.1400/- how can they ask me to pay Rs.4000 now???? Please help me.
