Hello, Its since 3 months I have been following up with my Dsitributor Vendor - Mr. Imran (Mobile no. [protected]) regarding changing my Mirror Mirror to Economic times offer as per the TOI offer. When I contact my local newspaper vendor he informs me that the distributor vendor needs to submit a form with my details to TOI office and automatically he will recieve an extra copy of Economic times to deliver it to me. When I contact the distributor vendor Mr. Imran, he informs me that he has already submitted my application form to your office a long back and awaiting feedback from your office. So I just wanted to know the status of my application form which should be lying somewhere in your office. It is better not to keep such promotions if you cannot deliver it to the customer. dear editor,

we are subcribers for one year toi and economic times. at the time of subscription i was told that there wud b no delivery charges to be given by me to the delivery man. but the delivey man is insisting on paying the delivery charges.

kindly confirm whether these charges are payable.

I have subscribed for TOI & ET & had paid cheques for 499 & 399 resp. Though the cheques have cleared, I have only started receiving TOI. Receipt given by their sales exec (nitin [protected]) was only for TOI & he said that once the TOI is recd so will the ET. But now the mobile no. given is permanently closed. The landline nos. given on the receipt just rings & I guess its a new way to swindle money. Just lucky to get a cust care exec named Nikita & said she would get back but all in vain. Now the phone just rings & i[censored] get someone they just transfer the line & no one picks up.
Looking at all the above complaints I guess, such a company now only recruits ppl for grabbing customers money & not providing any service. Its unfortunate that such a big company which claims the highest readership in their ads too is soooo poor in its service approach.
