[Resolved]  Timtara — Non Delivery of Product

If these guys can't deliver the product, then why the hell do they sell it?
It's been nearly one month and still no info of the product. Status always shows awaiting shipping.
This is gross cheating.
And the customer service is one of the poorest in the online shopping history.
Everytime I call them, they say product will be shipped next week.
This is the standard response everytime as if recorded machine is saying it.
I want my money to be refunded back immediately.
This is heights of laxity of customer service.
These guys just eat up customer's money, do not deliver the products and do not respond to them.
I want immediate refund.

I ordered fastrack watch through online timtatra web site on DEC-28th but till now they dnt deliver my product, and not responding properly...
They are giving false promises, that they will deliver next week, for abot 10 times... but still they ddnt deliver it... i have all the proofs from order number to mail communications...

i had ordered one headphones on 20th jan 2012..as per what is written on the site it should be delivered within 8-10 working days..its almost 2 months now and they are still not delivering the product.. whenever you call the customer care number,its always busy or they never pick up... when they pick up the call their fixed answer is "it is already dispatched and it will be delivered in this week".. plzz help me with the same..

I placed an order in timtara.com, i ordered for a "Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens". I placed the order on[protected]. The order number is 10193797. I paid for this order with my Visa Credit Card. But still i dint get my product. I called timtara.com several times. but they didnt pickup. I tried contacting them by mail. Whenever i send a mail I get a reply saying that they will ship the product in next 3 days. Please do the needful to get my product delivered or to cancel the order and get the refund credited. Thank You.

I have placed an order for an LCD TV(Toshiba 32HV10ZE) on 17th February 2012 from Timtara.
Product Was to be delivered in 10-15 Working Days,more than 2 months have passed and the item is still not delivered. I have contacted them many times through mail and calling their customer care number but of no use.

They reply once in while saying that it will be delivered in a few days initially and status is still showing as Awaiting Shipment. But nothing happened yet. I am very much disappointed about the Service Level. Please advice me what to do.
Can you please ddo something about this?

I made a order for a Camera on 28th March 2012. Its May 2012 now and I have not heard anything from your end.
Whenever I make a call I am being assured that my order will be dispatched on saturday. When I ask them the reason I was told that due to unavailability of product from the dealer's end it has not been shipped.

i order a sony mobile phone on 21st may2012 via order#10259228 for Rs.14,599.but they never deliver my product nor refunded my money.they have very poor customer service,never reply back to emails.timtara seems to be fraud online shopping company.

we placed order on TIMTARA for Galaxy TAB 2 (Order No.:[protected] on 6th June, 2012 and same day money was debited from our credit card. we were assured the product will be delivered in 10 days.. It is almost 60 days but still the product is not delivered. we have been calling every day from last 50 days and everytime we just get assurance that we will either get a call or e-mail but we got nothing.. we also also written many many mails to timtata. They acknowledge the mail but never revert with the product delivery date.

they have been fooling us

we are left with no option but to proceed legally and file FIR against TIMTARA

EACH TIME I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ASK TO WAIT FOR FEW MORE DAYS THEY NEVER REVERT BACK DO NOT EVEN ALLOW TO TALK TO SENIOR OFFICIALS NEVER REVET BACK ALWAYS I HAVE TO CALL THEY EVEN WROTE TO CCO HE ALSO HAS NO TIME FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAIN WORST EVER ONLINE SHOPPING SITE

I have ordered four product at timtara.com, on 5th September and 10th September, but none of the product id delivered till date, I have called the company helpline almost every alternate day, but all I got is false assurance.

So here is a advise to never never buy products from such site,, and always very first about the status of website by searching web and then only place the order.

I ordered an Acer Gateway laptop from timtara on 12/12/12.
A payment of Rs 17,600/- was realized on 15/12/12.

I am still awaiting shipment of my delivery.

Hi,
I ordered a Mobile phone(Order #[protected] on[protected] from TIMTARA.COM and it was promised to be delivered within 21 days.
But I did not received the product till now. I have sent them many reminder mails and called them multiple times but to my dismay they are not able to give response.
They are not responding to calls on number given on site from last 2 days.

Please try to resolve this issue ASAP.
