[Resolved] Timtara.com / Dr. Morepen Glucometer — Non delivery of order | |||
i have ordered for a glucometer of Dr.Morepen with timtara.com on 9th Dec alongwith the full payment of the order through credit card. My order Id is10142295 & my complaint Id is - 15009. I havnt got my product till today. Upon asking the docket no. of the shipment they tell that they dont have any docket no. as it has not been given by the courier company. But after tracking my order status i got to know that my order has not been shipped only till now. Very Poor * irresponsible people are attending phone calls. they are least concerned about their customers. this is my worst shopping experience online. A very poor site. this site should be banned & punished by taking suitable legal action against the owner concerned. i.e. Mr. Arindam Ghosh, the MD of the firm. I booked an order to timtara.com on 4-1-2012.
But till date they did not delevered material nor returned my money.
It is my request to all who booked order through timtara.com. pl. ask for your money back otherwise you will loose your money. Indian law will able to touch the skin of timtara.com director.
My doubt they already flew away after collecting some crores of rupees.
It is my request to all E-Business company to ensure customers interest before starting business.
IF ANYBODY KNOW ADDRESS/ MOBILE NO. / BANK A/C OF THE DIRECTOR'S OF TIMTRARA.COM PL. UPLOAD THE SAME ON THIS SO BUYER CAN ATLEAST TAKE BACK HIS HARD EARNED MONEY.
