Recently I purchased a Titan Eye frame from Titan Eye showroom in HRBR layout branch.
The frame was a defective piece and we realised this only after reaching home. On taking it back to the showroom, the Titan eye employees told me that they would get me a replacement with 2 days.
After 2 days, I got the information that the same model is not available with them and that they need more time to get it from another showroom.
I waited 10 days for this, and now they tell me they have repaired the same piece. I should take the repaired piece or take my money back.
I think the brand Titan Eye was a good one. But if this is the kind of service, I can very well go to the local Optician shop in my neighborhood.
Now I want a new piece, Please tell me how do I go about this.
I can escalate this issue to the higher authorities, please keep this in mind.
