I am residing in Puzhuthivakkam Municipality. My home comes under the Madipakkam TNEB control. When They have seperated the Puzhuthivakkam Connections from Madipakkam area my service number changed. But my area still retained under Madipakkam Service Area.
1. First of all they come to my area for reading as they wish, they have taken reading for my house only three times in last one year.
2. Even If they take the reading for my house, since my connection number belongs to a different service area they don't enter the reading.
3. When ever I go for the payment, They ask me to stand in a different queue to get the reading updated in their system and then on another queue for payment. The Staff Madipakkam TNEB bill payment section literally behaving rude. Simply they are saying if you want to complain go and complain to any one, even to the Chief Minister, We don't bother.
I have given a request for correcting the Service number almost 6 months back, still it is not corrected. I have met AE & the Billing Supervisor of Madipakkam section every time I went for payment and requested him to take appropriate. Both are giving commintment that it will be corrected in next cycle. But almost 3 Cycles over no action yet. This month also they have not taken reading.
I am not sure how to solve the issue. Any on who know the proper channel to escalate the issue, please let me know.

I am Harry Joseph from No:55, tulakathammen street, brindhavan nagar, surapet, Chennai-66. near puzhal lake, in this area E.B Reading person not coming for 5 times and still.. so they are billing at my card same money, same, same.. then i call the number 15533..they are taking the phone and silently keept down several times doing same thing, not responding at all .. please take action and correct the problem..
