[Resolved]  Tneb — TNEB customer care

Hi,

There is a power cut in our area in the early morning 3 O'Clock. We tried calling the TNEB customer care # 155333 which is always say busy. and also We tried calling TNEB complaint (Kolathur[protected] which was also busy. There is no possiblity the general customer care number is busy all the time and there should be multiple line, but we get the recorded message the number is busy statement. We would like to intimate the Cunsumer form to check the real staus on this.

I usually gets a bill from 300 to 1200 between, every alternate month. Sudenly this month there is a charges of 6900/-.

Requested to check and fix this issue.

This is bring to your attention that, In our Area there is always Electricity an troublesome.
We have seen Continous Transformer failures and extended down time of Electricity.
Every month EB Persons will Grab Electricity for Extended time to Troubleshoot the Transformer Failure/wiring Issue, This issue is Continously Occuring event in our area.

Need your intervention to give some permanent solution on this.
Kindly expedite this..

TNEB had taken reading at 13980 (used units 560) and generated bill for Rs. 2185.00, due on 23.07.12, which was paid by me on 20.07.12.

They have again repeated above reading at 13980 (used units 560) on 03.09.12 and generated same amt of bill of Rs. 2185.00, due on 22.09.12. It clearly shows that without taking fresh reading, the old reading has been repeated and demand has been raised for Rs. 2185.00 on 03..9.12 wrongly. I had no option but to pay the above amount.

Pl lookinto the matter, take freh reading and give me credit of the excess amount charged.

We are running an Internet Browsing Centre in Salem and we are charging the commercial EB Tariff (LT Tariff V: Commercial). We are having SSI Certificate from the Tamilnadu Government for our browsing centre which comes under Internet Browsing/Setting of Cyber Cafe. We would like to know whether we are having subsidy for EB Tarif[censored]nder SSI subsidy scheme, If there, which tariff plan we are under. we want your kind help in this situation of paying high tariff for small business.

My Region code No-02 and connection No.[protected], in name of N.Rajendiran, Villupuram (Dist) i am not received bill for so many month, i ask to manalurpet electrity board office he told me your bill not update the computer. So, i cheked through internet the showing due amount Rs 1082/- as on date but tried to pay the online is show the massage the your no forbidden, i don't no what is the problem. Since September, my Electric Meter has stopped working and on 28.11.2012 it is mentioned as Defective meter. I have already complained to the AE at Anaiyur (016) and he asked me to put a complaint with customer service TNEB since he has got only single phase meters and there were no 3 phase meters. He did not even know when would the 3 phase meters would come. Further he said that there were many people waiting since one year to get 3 phase meter connection. I would like my 3 PHASE Electric meter to be replaced immediately. Pls take necessary action.

My name is Nagarajan, We are building one house at Villupuram and we got TNEB commercial connection for building construction, Now TNEB gave me a notice that Tarriff change from 5 to 6 asking us around Rs.25000 We are not clear why should we give this huge amount and the new Tarriff order is 21.6. 2013 but we got our connection one month before 21.06.2013. We accept to give the tarriff from 21.6. 2013 but they are trying to include 2 post planting charges which was installed couple months before. That too TNEB Estimating 2 post to give connection not we insisted, Kindly clear this problem and we are not afford to pay this much huge amount.
