[Resolved]  Tneb — TNEB customer care

Hi,

There is a power cut in our area in the early morning 3 O'Clock. We tried calling the TNEB customer care # 155333 which is always say busy. and also We tried calling TNEB complaint (Kolathur[protected] which was also busy. There is no possiblity the general customer care number is busy all the time and there should be multiple line, but we get the recorded message the number is busy statement. We would like to intimate the Cunsumer form to check the real staus on this.

Sir, I am YESUPADAM M .My old name is ESUPADAM M. Through Tamil Nadu gazette change my Name, now i am asking EB documents are change my old name, were i had given the change of name application !
My EB service number is[protected] north Chennai every reading write down that time door locked this is my mistake, in that cash billing time so many problem facing how i solve this problem, my self husband and wife working . Please help me.
Dear Sir

I have a made a payment of Rs 970(EB Bill) for my consumer no [protected] on 5/5/14 thru online, but it was not credited to my EB acc also not returned to my ICICI A/C as well, again i made a cash payment against the same on 6/5/14. Kindly advise how to get my money back?

Hi Sir,

I'm Dhanushankar from Karur Dist., I was not available when the reading was taken for the month of August 2014 and I usually pay the bill through online. How can I get the bill for this month?. Last bill amount will be reflected for this month and when taking for the next reading the entire amount will be deducted?. Or let me know the procedure should I do to get the bill.

Kalliyaperumal (new shop-drawing electricity illegal)
As there is a separate Unit for each and every place to draw elecricity and the shop which is situated on the Pondy mailam main road, is drawing elecricity for their shop from their home as they don't have separate electricity unit for their shop.The E.B officers who are responsible for this are getting bribes from them and are lenient with them.i kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this issue.

In our area there are 50- 60 Residential Connections available . Electrical power was very low in last two years(160V-170V only).During day time, Electric motor, fridges, Grinders are not running well. At night time Tube lights, mixer are not running well. Every day 3-4 hours power is not available for these connections. Only after informing to the Wire man and A.E they will correct. The same situation currently to be continued.
