TNSTC — Betraying of government transports invisible cheating

I'm also a passenger like others,my complaint issues may be funny but we've to think of it,nowadays in some of the buses we may see express service boards and they're getting 18% to 20% of more fares,but same speed and it shows indirectly they're increased the fares like,govt should think of this and take an immediate step,

I'm also a passenger like others, my complaint issues may be funny but we've to think of it. I have Reserved two tickets journy date of 20th of Oct 2009 4:00 O'clk bus from Nagercoil to Bangalore.
When we entered into the Bus Conductor told us to change the reserved seats. We have not agreed for the same, since it is reserved one.

When we have reached Bommnahalli(Bangalore) next day early morning 4:30am. We (husband and wife) asked driver to stop in Bomnahalli Bus stop, They Intensionally did't stoped the Bus over there, because we have not agreed to change reserved seat.
As per my knowledge need to suspend both stupid drivers from Transportation.
If it leads like this, nobody will look into SETC. Private is far better.
