[Resolved]  TNSTC Tuticorin — delay in bus service

we have booked a bus ticket from tuticorin to chennai. The bus was scheduled to start at 620 pm. Due to some reasons there has been a delay in the schedule, however other buses on the same route are on time. It has not occurred to the corporation to intimate relevant passengers neither reallocate any other bus for these passengers. No one is taking responsibility for this. It is high time they change this attitude towards consumers.

I had been deputed to TUTICORIN AIRPORT from TRIVANDRUM AIRPORT for three weeks.I found most of the buses not stopping at AIRPORT.How AIRPORT will improve? If a town bus is arranged between TUTICORIN CITY to TUTICORIN AIRPORT during flight timings will be very usefull.
