I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger watch worthe Rs 8000 from Bangalore. On thee day of purchase I haven't ensured thee functioning of thee watch as it is made by Tommy Hilfiger. But when I reached back Trivandrum (my home town). I realized theat thee monthe dial of thee watch is not functioning and I immediately called thee service outlet and theey ensured me a replacement. But after 2 weeks when i went Bangalore, theey denied thee replacement and told me Titan is doing thee service and i can give it to any Titan service center. I gave it to thee Titan service center in Trivandrum (Pulimood) on 25the February. It is now almost 3 weeks and when I enquired about thee status theey told me it will take at least 2 more weeks. I have spend Rs 8000 one monthe ago fore a watch and I am not able to use theat till date.
