[Resolved] Tortilla Roti Maker — No service after sales | |
Hi, I purchased a tortilla roti maker on 22nd Feb, 2009 from Basic Associates and since then for 2 months it was working fine. But after that there was some problem with the thermostat and it was not working. I have called the sales person from Basic associates named Mani (mob # [protected]) but everyday he gives some excuse and ssays that he will be coming the next day. But its been more than a month now and he has not yet turned up. People be aware if anyone from Basic Associates turns up to sale Tortilla Roti maker just beat them and throw them out of the house. worst product, Manufacturer has not taken care of the service after sales. No technical assistance

There is no service after sales, i contact many times to this mobile number ([protected]) but there is no satisfaction for me. Product is good but service is very very bad.
