[Resolved] Tortilla Roti Maker — No service after sales

Hi, I purchased a tortilla roti maker on 22nd Feb, 2009 from Basic Associates and since then for 2 months it was working fine. But after that there was some problem with the thermostat and it was not working. I have called the sales person from Basic associates named Mani (mob # [protected]) but everyday he gives some excuse and ssays that he will be coming the next day. But its been more than a month now and he has not yet turned up. People be aware if anyone from Basic Associates turns up to sale Tortilla Roti maker just beat them and throw them out of the house. There is no service after sales, i contact many times to this mobile number ([protected]) but there is no satisfaction for me. Product is good but service is very very bad.

tortilla roti maker — no service

we have purchased tortilla roti maker from basic associates branch at vijayawada by paying rs1975,after using the product twice it stopped working and when i contacted their service representative says he would come but didn't show up till now. verybad service from these people.
