Which i bought under your mind diverting and luring marketing strategies on 28/05/2001 for a whopping amount of Rs:1,40,000/-, and I with immense feel of being cheated and overcommitments want to let you know that , I haven't used this membership even once.
Whereas you being an entrepreneur yourself could imagine the opportunity loss on the above said membership amout of Rs: 1,40,000.
I have definite plans of not only DE market your resort but also file a suit in consumer forum.
Although I am sure that you/your team is least bothered about the few customer who funded/took the membership at the beginning of your resort , i till want to spare a chance to your team to revert back to me and assist me in utilising my so called MEMBERSHIP.

My father was also cheated by Toshali Resorts International.He bought this "Time Share Membership" back in 2001 for Rs.79033/-.He paid Rs.64350/- through post dated cheques and then one fine morning read in the news paper that Toshali Resorts International's office was sealed by police for alleged malpractices by their employees with this particular scheme.He could not avail any service from Toshali till date.Whenever we asked them to settle this matter amicably, they have replied back stating numerous other pending charges.If you try to book any of their hotel rooms under time share scheme, they will always reply back stating that all rooms are booked.They always sell these rooms to non-members.This is a fraud scheme and many people have been fooled by them.Few years back there were no laws safe guarding the intereset of the consumers of Time Share Membership.These people took advantage of this loophole in the system.However we can now file a case in consumer forum as some new laws have been formulated.I am thinking of opening a forum where all such people who were cheated by this company can join.We have to teach them some lesson taking help from consumer forum.
