i like to inform you that i have a issue in extanded warranty registration.i purchased my extanded warranty on[protected].then i got your extanded warranty pack at 6-9-2012.and i sent you invoice.then on[protected].i got a rply from u that your extanded warrnty has been registred.but now i need to repair my leptop so i need to use the warranty but noe CCE said we have no info. about your extanded warranty so we cant give you service under warranty.when i again mailed at [protected]@toshiba-india.com about this issue they dont even rply.i urgantly need to use warranty but toshiba is not responding.Please solve this issue as soon as posible.otherwise i will have to go to court to file a case against toshiba corporation.thx Model no.
