COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME COMPLAINTS NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

My vehicle Toyota Innova with the registration No DL4C AE 3001 purchased on 14/01/06 the car is completely maintained or serviced under galaxy toyota(moti nagar) from the very first day even the car is also purchased by galaxy toyota (moti nagar) before innova we used toyota qualis in that car we have not faced a single problem in that car becoz of qualis performance we have purchased toyota innova expecting with the same performance of qualis infact we are planning to purchase toyota fortuner also but this time toyota innova really disappoint me and waved my plan to purchase the toyota fortuner.

i have complaint number of times for problem that sometimes my car automatically gets breakdown even i can say it lost all his powers for few seconds after 10-15 minutes it becomes O.K.and i have complaining this in galaxy toyota from last 4 or 5 periodic services but they are unable to solve the problem even they cant diagnose what the problem is and the reply of the service advisor is :-Sir, the problem is not coming in front of ours so we cant help it out at last on my last periodic service the service advisor told me yes we have diagnose the problem and we will sort out the problem you wont faced the same problem again in future but yesterday on date 02/12/09 we have faced the same problem again we went to new delhi railway station to recieve our relative coming from outstation and the time after recieving them we entered in the car to go back home with our relative and try to start the car , again the same problem occured that time my family members and my relatives pushed the car to start the engine that time the situation was so embarrasing for us that i can't say

i must say toyota innova is a completely hopeless car .

IT IS HORRIBLE DEALING WITH GALAXY TOYOTA MOTI NAGAR , UNEXPERIENCED STAFF, THEY CALL TEN TIMES TO UNDERSTAND THE SMALL FAULT , .ASK ON WAITING FOR HOURS, INTERESTED IN SAILING THERE OWN COMPONENT TRY TO INFLATE BILLS FOR NO REASONS, WILL NEVER CHANGE NEW COMPONENT EVEN IF REQUIRED. SHOW ROOM MUST BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY , THEY SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED EVEN TO SALE CAR, LIKE TOYOTA, BETTER THEY OPEN VEG MAKT. WITH THIS KIND OF ORGANISATION , SHAME SHAME SHAME VERGHEES
our vehicle no GJ 16 AP 4735 we done service in Narmada Toyota at km 25000. we have paid 14000Rs. we are not satisfied with the service. no one is giving re pones to us.
i have recently purchased new innova Gx . i just completed my first free service at Tichy .i reached home nicely. we had another trip of 100 km, it was fine.after 3 days from that day when my dad tries to start, nothing happening.none of the panel light is comming. i am still to call the service people.

I WAS ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND DID A LOT OF RESEARCH FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS.
I OWN 2009 D4 INNOVA, 43000 KM DONE.
GOT THE PROBLEM MANY TIMES LIKE WHILE ON RIDE I STOP AT THE SIGNAL AND NEXT TIME THE CAR WONT ATART,
THE SELF LOCKS IN BETWEEN, THEN HAVE TO GET IT JUMP START .
I MET SUCH THING FEW TIMES AND ALWAYS REPORTED THIS TO TOYOTA, AND THE SIMPLE REPLY WAS TO CHANGE THE BATTERY BUT I NEVER DID THAT .
AFTER AROUND 6 MONTHS STUDY I FIGURED OUT THAT THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH THE SELF AS I FACED SOMEWHAT SIMILAR WITH MY SAFARI,
I DID THE SAME THING HERE ALSO WENT TO THE TOYOTA AND ASKED THEM TO FIRST OVERHAUL THE SELF AND IF IT STILL NOT WORK THEN WE WILL THINK OF CHANGING THE BATTERY.
THE ANAND TOYOTA GUY TECH SURENDER DID HIS JOB, CLEANED ALL THE CARBON AND AFTER THE REINSTALL FIRST HE CHECKED THE BATTERY, IT WAS LOW ON CHARGE BUT STILL HE DECIDED TO CRANK THE ENGINE .

THE ENGINE CRANK WAS SO SWEET I CANT EXPRESS .
THEN WAS THE TIME TO CHECK THE BATTERY HEALTH AND ALTERNATOR .
ELECTRONIC METER WAS USED TO CHECK THE FUNCTIONING WHICH ALSO GAVE OUT A PRINTER RECEIPT AFTER THE DIAGNOSE .
IT STATED THAT EVERYTHING IS OK, EVEN THE BATTERY.
I HAVE CRANKED THE ENGINE APPROX 20 TIMES AND STILL ITS SWEET.
I AM POSTING YOU THE PIC OF THE METER

BUT LATER AGAIN I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AND I WAS ON THE WAY TO DELHI AND FACED THE SAME PROBLEM.
I AGAIN DID A LOT OF RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT WHEN THE BATTERY IS CHARGED AND GETS HOT THEN IT LOOSES THE CHARGE, WHEN PARKED OVERNIGHT NEXT MORNING AGAIN ITS FINE,
SO NOW IT WAS THE TIME TO GET THE BATTERY CHANGED, AS IT WAS 3 YEARS OLD.
NOW GOT THE BATTERY CHANGED TO EXIDE 700L AND IT SOUNDS AS A NEW INNOVA IS BEEN CRANKED,
LETS SEE HOW IT WORKS.
