[Resolved]  Tracer Shoes — Complaint regarding the defective shoes

i buy shoes of tracer and it teer after 5 time wearing please give me adive or note to distributed o exchange of shoes immediately and email my special code whichever shown to dealer thanks

I too buy one only one month before its also torn

I bought Tracer Leather Shoes 6.5 months ago for Rs.1299/-& now both of the sole's got a huge crack in it's middle portion.Can anybody suggest me the solution about complaint & all or is there any other way I can get the refund of the amount or replacement.

Tracer — defective shoes

i bought a pair of tracer shoes from
shoexpress, Elite retailing co pvt ltd,
gnd floor shop no 4,
premier plaza chinchwad pune.
left foot shoe is defective and it biting on my heals.i registered complaint 2 times to shop manager, every time he told me he repaired the shoes anw problem will not come, but problem is still present in the shoes.
i request from shop manager to exchange this shoes but he refusing.
Cost of these shoes is 1424.25Rs.
Please help me.

Before purchasing the shoes ur Rajasthan head Mr. Swin Arora & 3 Staff Members, present there in the exclusive showroom gave me full false assurance related to the quality o[censored]r poor tracer shoes.
I Know about the poor quality when i wear the shoes regularly for few days.
After 15 days the complaints in the shoes occured.
After this i went to your exclusive showroom which is near about 15 kms from my house. I asked the staff present there about my complaint and one o[censored]r staff member heard my complaint and asked me to wear the shoes till the shoes r fully teered.
after 1 month i again come and they again gave me false advice of wearing the shoes.
I tolerate all this & again visit the showroom on 19th of dec., 2009.
I explain them that mujhe bahut door se aana padta hai, baar-baar mat tang karo.
Any how they accepted my shoes on 19th of dec.for replacing them and asked me to take the shoes after 4 days.
After 4 days i again visited ur showroom for replaced shoes but i got nothing.
they asked me to come after 5 days.
After 5 days i again visited ur showroom but the result is a big zero.
I explained them I have no extra shoes to wear, please change the shoes soon.
After 20 days they replaced my shoes and gave me replaced shoes.
There r also some complaints in the replaced shoes and on the spot i ignored to take the replaced shoes.
I asked them to gave me a shoes which even costs me more than this shoes but is reliable and complaint free.
But they ignored my request and asked me ke "sir ek baar hamare paas ye he shoes hai, company se shoes aa nhi raha ha, aap ise le jaaye, agar isme problem aati hai toh main ise badal doonga".
This is the statement o[censored]r Rajasthan head Mr. Swin Arora.
When the problem begins after about 10 day, I again visited the showroom but staff present there completely ignored me and asked me to talk to Mr. Swin Aroro.
I Asked them to call him but they asked me aap apne aap call kar lo sahab "kaam aapko hai hame nhi".
This is the way of talking of the staff of the Exclusive Showroom of Tracer in Jaipur situated on Tonk Road.
After all this I talked to Mr. Swin Arora on no.-[protected] & asked them to meet me & solve my problem.
They Asked "aapke joote ka kuch nhi ho sakta hum 1 baar sahi karke de sakte thee jo hamne kar dia & Without hearing my complaint they disconnect the phone.
After that i tried a lot but they never pick my phone.
By Luck they picked my phone once for a short period
then i asked him to gave me wriitten statement that they r not solving my problem related to shoes.
Your Rajasthan head again ignored me.
Jab maine unko 1 baar showroom par milne ke liye kaha toh unhone mujhe kaha "mujhe aur bhi bahut kaam hai, main wholesale ka kaam sambhalta hu, mere marji hoti hai toh showroom par aata hu. Agar aapko milna ha toh Gopalpura par mera wholesale ka office hai mil lo".
When i threatned him about complaining to higher authorities and consumer court,
he asked me "e-mail address mere se le lo aur kar do jo mail aapko karna hai.
mujhe isse koi matlab nhi ha".

Ab main aapko karke dekh raha hu ke kya karta hai tracer consumer ke saath.

i have purchased tracer leather shoes but they lost there finishing in 3/5 days.so i request you to please repair these shoes.as soon as possible you can.

I brought Tracer Sports Shoes for Rs. 1200/- in Shimla. Shoe was from the tough category. But after using it 4-5 months water starts coming inside it. I have checked the sole it, was 3rd grade quality.

I will never go for Tracer Shoes in Future and not will recommend to others.

maine krishna mall mangal marg jaipur se shoes date 11-12-09 ko kharida tha.bill no.4084 tracer FL 01 Rs.1499.00 dono shoes upar ki side me center me krack ho gaye hai.batayea ki main karu?

I have purchased tracer Boot (Shape Seems like VL-17) 1 1/2 years ago from Ghumar Mandi Ludhiana. I have no receipt of payment with me. These are worn in alternate use as I have more shoes.
Sorry to mention that it seems that this is not pure leather as the lair of black has been abolished & these looks like faded. If I send these to you; would you please check & replace with new one pair.
As per my advise, you should check these thoroughly & replace with immediate effect (if you find manufacturing/ processing fault) as you are well aware today mouth publicity plays a major roll in acceptance of a product in market. If you find duplicity; you should warn & punish the shop keeper selling duplicate on your name. I have paid around 1400/- for these. I can give you the location of shop keeper from whom I bought.

I feel its too rude of some of you to directly criticize the complete company without even going into depth of the matter . Rather we should put forward the complaints in a polite manner. This 10 years old Indian company has been trying to come on par with all the international companies like Puma, Adidas, etc which have been established since the 19th century... Being an Indian it is our moral duty to motivate it . And yes I will certainly try to write an e-mail which contains all the view points to the Chairman and I am very sure that our points would be taken in consideration .

TRACER SHOES has a long way to go... And i think it will surely act as a genuine advice rather than criticism for the company...We really expect a lot from our company and that is why we are suggesting some flaws in it so that it can be improved for the better...

i bought a tracer sandal in oct, and after not even four months in started tearing, and a month later the sole got into two pieces.
the shop keeper not ready to replace, ready to repair under high charge.

NO REPAIRING SHOES OR BADTAMIJE SE BAT KE

I HAVE BOUGHT MY SHOE OF MAKE TRACER after some days(2-3 MONTH). i GO to shop and asked for exchange or repairing he used to call me everytime and many time but never told that it is repaired/exchanged till last days of war...
