[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Courier not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

We sent a parsal by docet no[protected] on 28th AUGUST but after one month still not recd the parsal.Please let me know the status and I want the delivery by today before 12:00 noon.

Local Rishikesh delivery office DOT ON was also communicated, but no result.

Dehradun is only 43 km away from dehradun and one can go & come three times in a day.
Why c/ment booked could not be delivered .It is shameful.Please see and reply.

I HAD BOOKED A COURIER ON 17TH OF SEPT FROM JODHPUR TO CHENNAI..NO.[protected]
I AM NEITHER ABLE TO TRACK THE COURIER ON INTERNET NOR ABLE TO KNOW WHETHER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR NOT..KINDLY INFORM ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Dear Sir,

i had sent a courier to imphal city that is manipur state on 16/09/09 with docket number[protected].
Till now did not receive the courier to my home, it contains valuable document of insurance policy.
A courier was sent by my office at mohali. already 20days ago it was not delivered.It seems that the service is the worst I ever came across. if your TRACKON people cannot give satisfactory services than please dont harrase to people. finally i want to know my courier satatus as soon as possible.

man rangup to my Indore address and not not delevered the packet till time.

THE RECEIPANT I.E., SANJEEV MONGA, INSP/EXE CISF CONTROL ROOM AMRITSAR TELE NO.[protected] DID NOT RECEIVED THE COURIER TILL DATE. SO MANY TIMES CONTACTED MR. BAJWA MANAGER ON PH NO [protected] BUT HE SAID COURIER IS DELIVERED TO US AND HANDED OVER TO DELIVERY BOY BUT I DONT' KNOW WHY HE HAS NOT DELIVERED.
THE PHONE OF DELIVERY BOY IS ALSO SWITCHED OFF. THE URGENT FORM WAS IN SIDE

this courier service is the worst service that you'll ever come across. I was supposed to receive as parcel from Jammu and the parcel was not delovered for 10 days. their folks at their helpline make wrong statements and false statement whcih seems to be a habit with them. I reccommend u never subscribe to their service

worst courrier service provider ever to com across in my lif...aren't u ashame of all tis complaints u r recieving...

It was an very important parcel of my company from Jaipur which need to be deliver by 4.00 or 4.30 on 15/10/09 when delayed i called to customer care of connaught place named Ms. Rashita. But a very very worst reponse from her side. She was laughing at me as i did not heard her name properly at the first time so i asked her for the second time. She was so rude and pathetic. Instead of giving my parcel details she banged the phone down. Is this what customer care service of TRACKON or is this the way of behaving or talking to the customer? That was really pathetic and poor experiance with Trackon. As far as I'm concerned customer care people should be very calm, polite and have patience to listen to their customer's problems and queries. But it was absolutely opposite to it. I personally want that this kind of company should be closed who doesn't know how to response to customer even. So what is the point to entertain this kind of courier company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

one parcel thru. Trackon Air Service have been bokked on 10.10.2009 from Mumbai to Gurgaon, but till now 20.10.2009 ( 12.10) ity has not been delivered to consignee address.

Couls you please look in to the matter & arrange to deliver the same.
