worst is a good word for the service trackon courier provides . .
my father sent me some imp docs on 17th apri and i have been trying to track those since 19th onwards at bangalore. today 45 days have passed but no clues . . . .
the so called "CUSTROMER SERVICE (?) tell me that it has been delivered to me where as the brach manager Dlajeet singh says that it has not been delievered and returned back to the main address...
they dont know how to talk and my important docs are missing.
do anyone know the address for cusdtomer complaint cell where i can log in a case against these guys ?

We would like to inform you that we sent a parcel to Bangalore & Kolkata thru trackon courier on 24.05.2008 docket no 92984917 & 92984918. But we are told that so far the parcel is not reached to our party . In this connection we have made a lot of complaints at your rabale branch office over phone to Mr.Ravi also some other staff . But nobody has responded properly. Mr.Ravi told that he was on leave for some days & that is why he has no idea in this regard. We are very much disappointed in his reply.We are suffering our business because of late delivery. The picture is that now our party is not ready to accept this material because of the the carelessness & the pure service of the Trackon Courier.
We have trace the POD but the answers are coming that POD number does not found. Than I spoke to Mr.Ravi in regarding this & he said that he has informed to theri Head Office office but their number is also not working properly.
Plz take the necessary steps & let me know what to do in such matter.
We are going through a terrible experience with Trackon Courier Service.

i m jatin from Chandigarh. i hv never seen the WROST SERVICES THAN TRACKON even nobody is there to take responisibility. They only know, how to committ but don't know how to fillfill them. I ADVISE U, NEVER UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF SUCH KIND OF COURIER COMPANY LIKE TRACKON, I[censored] DON'T WANNA LOSE UR PARCEL OR COURIER.

this is renuka prasad from davangere (KARNATAKA) this track on courier is very worst ever i had in my life i am 8 years exp in pharaceuticals marketing i had saw so many courier companies but this courier in july 11 one document came me from mumbai ICICI PRU LIFE DOCUMENT NO IS 95333479 have to receive it on 12 or 13 th of july but they called me to my mob no document is in our off come and collect hence i gone there but after when i gone there they told we r not at all called you according icici pru life the docket no is correct but still they did not able to deliver

My Regional Office had send one dockit no[protected] on[protected], was supposed to deliver on[protected].I had not yet received my paper.The worst part is their people in Lucknow Office are mis guiding me.Even now they stoped picking my mobile and landline no.
Any how i managed to contact with another mobile no, they started misbehaving over phone.
This is cetainly my first and last experience.I am planing to file case in Consumer Court.

Bloody worse courier service i had ever had such experience. my father had sent imp documents regarding my mothers mediclaim on 4.8.08 till date i didn't receive any further i tried o telephone no.s [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected] all no.s found to be wrong no.s lifted by someone irrelevant to trackon courier services.stupid bull srvice wasting valuable time. Severe action to be taken on such courier services
Sir, My friend send me some important document from Allahabad to Durgapur ( Add:- Room No.35, Tagore House, DSP, A-Zone, Durgapur (W.B.) ) consinment no.[protected] dated 24 -05-08 . Neither they deliver it at DURGAPUR nor they are returning it . Though initialy they said consinment is back and they would return it but didnot do so till yet.

This is one of the worst ever courier company i have come across. my sister had sent me rakhee from kolkata. after a few days it shows that the courierr has been delivered at my home and my wife has received it. But the fact is nobody from my home has received it.
The worst part was that i am behind all the local offices for tracking the courier, but they are such an irresponsible people that they dont even bother to respond to the calls.
i want all of you not to use this courier company in future.

1. Aramex is a reputed courier providing service at almost same cost (rs 2 more) than TrackOn and still able to provide proper delivery of goods with online tracking.
2. I belong to a TrackOn franchisee and I can tell you that their service is certainly PATHETIC and even documents are not delivered properly forget parcels and valuables.
