[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — misplace of courier

My Sister booked rakhi from Malerkolta on[protected], from trackon courier. whose docket no. is[protected]. till date[protected]. I had not received the courier of rakhi and the branch offices and head offices of trackon courier are not giving any response. The head office delhi no.[protected], 41412141 is also not responding. even there is not any official address or detail of trackon couries of their Head offices in their websites. Its true that trackon courier is the worst courier servies.

Now, I had decided to go for legal action. Any one also wants to go for legal action we will altogether take action for that.

Same here I lost my salary cheque which I sent by this stupid courier service & some valuable items too. I will surely go to the consumer court against this fake courier service.

I also had simillar experince with Trackon Couriers in Pune,
ICICI bansk had sent me a DD by Trackon Courier and they misplaced my courier and delivered it on worng address in June 08.

Till now I havent received my DD from them

I am Gurpreet. Work in a private company. I have sent Demand draft through Trackon courier service on 20/8/08. Today is 25/8/08 . It has not reached destination. its no: is[protected].
It was too urgent. due to delay there is loss of 30000 rupees to me.

Worst Service. I booked a packet on 23rd august from Delhi to be delivered in Delhi itself. It was a birthday git. On 25th the Courier company called the person to confirm the address but the Packet not delivered till 27th august.

But now I lost my assignment and spending my money on phones calls to delhi and bathinda daily and my precious time to track out this vary parcel. Your service amazed me. And I got shoked when I saw so many complaints here.

Till date my courier [Consignmet No 94560731, Date of despatch - 4/9/2008, Destination - Jalandhar]
has reached its destination.

If your delivery guys are 3rd class (as per Jassi - comments ) why the hell you are running this businesss. You 3rd class people check and let me know the status of that courier. That courier contain certain valuable documents. Trust if the courier would not reach to its destination by Friday, I will rewrite your companies destiny...!

Comments posted above are more that sufficient to prove you guys as cheaters in Court of law.

On 29th August I reached local trackon office and didn't get any parcel. Then after a week on 5th of September I called bathinda office and replied they didn’t have any parcel named "To: Ankur Thatai of Jalalabad west."
Then I explained all things to my friend and he called several times to Rajori Garden and Delhi Head office and he also replied same
(with no answer). I also traced delhi head office contact from website and this is my second time to send mail to Mr. Denish about this trouble. I am professional free-lancing photographer working with Indian Express, Times of India, amar Ujala, The Week, India today, Ajeet and more several magazines and news papers. I got assignment from a regional magazine and newspaper and asked my friend to send me required PHOTOGRAPHY GOODS from Delhi but UNLUCKLY, UNFORTUNATELY he sent it through your serviced and because of your poor service I lost my assignment. If you are not get warned from this mail it will cost you heavy because I spent money on phone calls and spending precious time to find this out. I am not in position to lose my next assignment.
So, you can take it as a last warning and I will wait for 1 or 2 days more or if you are failed to reply or respond me then I will take legal action againest you and shortly you will recieve Next latter from my LAWER.

I am waiting for my courier from 12/09/08 as it was dispached from Hissar on 10/09/08 and POD no is[protected], as the courier name is trackon courier worst courier agency I have ever seen in my life.
Please help me in this and I have also decided to take a legal action against courier agency.
