[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — misplace of courier

We would like to inform you that we sent a parcel to jamshedpur on 08.05.2009. But we are told that so far the parcel is not reached to the consignee. In this connection we have made a lot of complaints over phone on your helpline no. as also some other staff of your concern. But nobody has responded properly. they told that this happens in all couriers and nothing can be done in this regard. We are very much disappointed in his reply.

As we are not satisfied by the action taken by you in tracing our parcel, we have decided to go for a complaint against your concern person for his irresponsible and negligence while booking our parcel.

our customers to pune booked document vide docket no.[protected] contain important document and a L.R. COPY dated 21.05.09, and it go in pune city branch in 23-05-09, but still now courier is not received from party when we contact to trackon personnel they are not ale to give us proper reply.

I think it worst courier company in world.
i did one courier on 20th from noida . it reached 21 to Bangalore. but they didn't deliver it till 24th. I did lots of calls but they didn't responds properly. one person gives another no & another gives another one.. even they talked harshly ..what the hell they did nobody can explain that...?
I spend lots of money and emotions in my courier included phone calls.. but all gets waste.. now if they deliver my courier.. thats no use...because the time on which i need has been gone...

If a person do any courier then its means he/she need to deliver it time but i think they doesn't understand the customer's feeling. so I had decided to go for some legal action .

Standard Materials Agencies Pvt.Ltd. — The parcel did not deliver on time and your tracking site is not proper

We have sent one consignment through Professional Courier receipt no.[protected] dated 4.8.2009 to Tamilnau Cement Corporation, Ariyalur. Till today i.e. 10.8.2009 the same has not been delivered and we could not even track the number on your site.

Services of Trackon courier is worst. One docket was parceled on 8th of Sept, 09 from Bhiwadi (Raj) to Gurgaon, only 50 km. distance, and it was not delivered in Gurgaon till night of 11th Sept, 09. It was a urgent document required of admission of my child. There is no response from Branch office, neither they give the no. of their Branch head, so that message can be conveyed.

I am totally dissatisfied with the services.

In future I am not going to avail any services from Trackon.

I AM WAITING FOR MY COURIER FROM 10/09/09.TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL.MY
