One of my Courier was dispatch from mumbai with docket no[protected] on 2nd of Jan 2010 and today on 8th of Jan 2010 i got it.
I have my important documents which i need it very urgent but your delivery boy Named Pratap ( Mob no [protected]) always makes it late. He get it on 4th of jan but always he makes so late.
His mobile no is always switch off. He is very lazy person ..this is the second time he do the same.
Please take a serious action against him

The worst courier company in india. Dont send any courier from this co. whether it is Cheap or costly material coz it will never reach at the destination. All [censored]s are working there they will gut your materials. I think company should be banned to operate.

we have send our company profile in sealed cover to our client mr. dilipsinghji rathore at jaipur. on 22nd feb, 2010 with consignment no.[protected] from vadodara city office which run by mr. pappubhai. today is 27th and yet my clint have not received document at jaipur. i inquired on your web site & found my consignment no. is not found, i complained to pappubhai as well as your vadodara main office but unfortunately they are killing time & not giving any proffesional answer. vadodara office is not giving us any responsible answer & asking us to call this person & that person & bla... bla... bla...
i am sorry to tell you as you have not send my document to my client at jaipur, he is not reddy to belive that i have send document at jaipur, which reflects your very very poor service at the cost of our company image.

You are right. The trackon courier service is full o[censored]nprofessional people. They don't take calls from customers (they even switch off their mobile, don't pickup the calls, make false promises to customer regarding the fast delivery which they never do. one branch is nopt aware of the contact numbr of other branch. God knows how they track the couriers if they don't know even the contact number of their brancehs. I, myself, have experienced this twice. In nutshell, I would like to call this a bullsh** service from trackon. These people deserved to be dragged to court. Highly un-educated and un-professional people these are.

and when you call on the phone numbers no body picks the call, not even the head office personnel are bothered.
The reason given by Akurdi man Mr pawan was that he was on levae, a person sends courier for emergency they don't understand that

I had sent the gift pack on 21 Oct 2010 from Lovely professional university, Jalandhar to Chandigarh via AWB No.[protected] to my family member & courier was deleivered on 22 Oct 10 . But it was shocked to know that on opening of packet, wrist watch, one pen & key ring was missing from the packet as only one choclate & a greeting card was there.
I feel very harassed & cheated.

I have sent one courier through the trackon courier from Delhi to Surat on 19-10-10 docket no[protected], but it was not delivered and when I called up for enquiry to Trackon courier Surat, they did not provided any information insted Mr. Rajesh start miss behaving. His contact no. is [protected]. He was calling to me for confirm the address. But that man after confirm of address he was dropped my courier in any other address.
My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier. Please help and take neccessory action against that Person. his behaviour is very ruud & very irresponssible he was told me I dont know about your courier u just talk my compony i cant do anything about it his wording is (AAP KO JO KARNA HAI KAR LO MAINE AAPKA PACKET KHO DIYA) that is his word. Plz help me to find out my courier & take a seriously action with that person bcaus that person was destroy Trackon courier image. Any body not trust in ur courier serivces because Like that person. I would like to bring to the notice of the extremely callous attitude of the employees of Trackon courier, Guwahati to the concerned authority.

My document (POD[protected] was dispatched from Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Gurgaon on the 1st. of November 2010.
After a patient wait of over a week I made a call to the Trackon Office, Guwahati on the 9th. of November 2010. I spoke to a lady who was very vague and appeared totally clueless about the document despite being given the POD Number. My call was transfered to another lady who put me on hold till the call got disconnected.
I made several calls with the same result and finally I was told that my document had been delivered on the 8th. of November 2010. However the lady could not tell me who had recieved the document.
I made necessary inquiry at the security desk of my apartment but was told that no such document had been recieved.
When I called back to say that no such document had been delivered to my address, one of the ladies told me that the document had been taken for delivery and I should be receiving it in sometime. She gave me the contact no of the delivery man.
However when I called I was told that he does not cover my area and gave me another contact no. This gentleman who gave his name as Pradip Kalita asked me to sms him the POD no and address details and told me he would get back to me, but did not.
I called again today morning and he again told me that he would get back to me as soon as possible.
After waiting all day I called him at 4pm and he told me that the document had been delivered to someone in the Ulubari area.
Since the Max New York Life Insurance office is in Ulubari, I called the office and got to know that the delivery man had delivered the document in the office saying he did not want to take the trouble of coming to my residence to deliver it.
My question is why was the document not delivered to the mailing address???
I am not an employee of Max new York Life Insurance Co.Ltd. so I do not go to the office. Why should I take the trouble of going to going to pick up the document?
Please take this as a serious complaint and kindly instill some professionalism into your employees.
