i have sent a card from jamshedpur to bhopal by Tracon courier on 17/12/2008(Cnsignment no.[protected].Courier person promissed me that consignment will deliverd within 3 days.Today on20/12/2008, still the card is not delivered.and on using the online tracking facility i always found the same msg.- the consignment of this no. does not found.I found the contact no. of Bhopal branch from the website.when i called the Bhopal office on[protected], they people were not able to tell the status of the above mentioned consignment...they told me to call Delhi office...If they are not capabe to update the cosignment no. then why they are making fools to customer like the tracking facility... but bharor officec representative use abusing language when i try to contact in office, its mean in future we will not book this courier service
Trackon courier service is very worst, how are they people working god know. I have sent one envelops to our Gwalior dealer vide their docket no. [protected] dated 08.08.2017 which is not deliver till date, I have spoken to their local Indore office people but they are also not giving the proper response and saying is that we are tracing the documents. if you traced kindly infirm on my mobile no. [protected], due to this we are loosing our order.
