[Resolved]  Trains - Circar Express — Passengers being cheated by attendance

It happens always when I travel in Circar Express which goes from Kakinada to Chennai. I dont know why we have to pay 725 Rs for travelling in 3rd A/C without getting pillows and bedsheets as we do in all the other trains. We have to beg the attendor who rarely comes inside the compartment for getting these. Its a must for them to provide these in the A/C compartments. Last time when I came by this train I boarded the train at 4 in Rajahmundry. I did not get any pillows or bedsheets after getting in. when I asked the Ticket Collector about that he said that we would get them only after Vijayawada comes. Strange!!! Then after five and half hours vijayawada came. It was 9 15 when the train left Vijayawada. I waited till 10 for the attendor to come. Then he came with one blanket. When i enquired about the bedsheet he said that he would bring them but he did not. Then at 10.15 i went to his place and asked the bedsheet. He gave me a single bedsheet (generally they give two). When I asked him where the other one is he replied "THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF BEDSHEETS". How can this happen?? Is the Railways not looking into this matter? Once when i travelled in the non a/c compartment in Circar i saw these attendors selling pillows and bedsheets for 20 Rs. Are they doing this officially?? This is really bad. And Railways ought to take necessary action against this.

I strongly support the above post, even I saw many times, someone giving pillow and bed sheets for 20 rs in non a/c compartments of CIRCAR Exp,
but I have not seen this in any other trains like Bhuvaneswar Exp, Tamilnadu or GT 's non A/C compartments...

whether this is a facility provided by railways? or unofficially is going?

if that is a facility why not other trains are having this?

I agree, i am a frequent traveler in AC Circar exp, I havent seen a clean bedsheet or a pillow in the last 6 months, every time i board the train i have to fight to get a washed bedsheet..

Also the when the train returns to Chennai from Kakinada the same sheets are used and not washed. When i enquired about this with the attender there was no proper response he told me that this train is contacted to a hotel in Chnnai for washing the sheets, which they dont turn up in time and they had to use the used ones most of the times.
what is this..? Are we not paying fare for the tickets ... which would cost 3times the normal reservation ticket... why dont they care for the passengers... Is this the way they treat us...

the government will never respond our needs... It is there only to fill there pockets with our taxes and our money... If government works in this way... how would the country develop... hmmmm it is a night mare for us indians...
