[Resolved]  transcend pen drive 4gb — i want to know service centre

hello sir, my 4gb pendrive has flashed...its just showing as removable disc and properties is 0 bytes...what shall i do to recover my pen drive...please reply

I khushal.s.jain bought a transcend pendrive on 1-Aug -2011.Transcend 8gb T3k for Rs 630-/. It was not working so I gave it in the service center at ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICE LIMITED Coimbatore. On 22-Aug 2011

They told me that after 60 days we will give you a new pendrive so I told ok after 60 days I need it. On 22-October-2011 I went there and asked for my pendrive they told come after 2 days . Again I went they told it dint come . I told when should I come and take they told after diwali . on 2-november -2011 I went ther they told wait for 9 more days.
I am suffering now why did I take this transcend pendrive.
In service center at ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICE LIMITED Coimbatore staff over ther are not active . They make customers fool. They tell customers few more days. From my home it is 15 kms till now I went for 4 times waste of my time.
Please don’t do to any other customers like this make customer satisfy .i need a very good feed back from Transcend department.
I request you to give my pendrive as soon as possible.

I have purchased a mp3 in mumbai, maharashtra, India four months back. It is very rarely used and almost a brand new. Now when I insert the pendrive, it is not opening. When I contacted the Shop where it is purchased, they have washed off their hands by giving a service centre address. When I approached the Service Centre at mumbai, maharashtra India, they have also washed off their hands by saying that it cannot be serviced and nothing can be done. I am really surprised and shocked to here such blunt reply. I have purchased the mp3 only on brand name TRANSCEND and not due to the shop name or the service centre name. Hence I request you to please help me to get replacement or atleast serviced so that I can use the same. Hope your Company's name is having good standing in the market and attend to my complaint immediately. I am confident you will give due important to this as this devise is very useful to me and I am handicapped with out the same and not afford to buy another one
