i have a 2 GB transcend pen drive which is now not working, so as per the company norms I went to the transcend Service centre in Guwahati but they simply told me that the serial no. doesn't match. I just wanted to know that why the serial no. is not matching ? As that same pen drive i had taken from the same service centre befor 2 months ago. It seems they are misleading me.
