[Resolved]  Travel Chacha — REFUND MONEY NOT YET RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

Need your help to resolve my problem as I am truly harassed by this travel Agent. I have booked 6 ticket through TRAVE CHACHA.COM for 2 separate entity
On 9th of August’10 but within 24 hrs. when I have not received the ticket (generally we use to get the e-ticket copy within a hour) then I called to the contact
Center of Travel Chacha , at least after 35 mint they kept me on hold then some customer service team member has pick up the call, I told her the full story of
My problem and requested to refund my money back as she told me you will get your ticket at the end of Nov’10.She advised me that she will returned the said
Money within 24 hrs.

I spoke to the Citi Bank for stop payment but before that merchant has already claimed those money as per my online authorization. Now the case is before 28th
if I will not pay Rs. 1736/- then I have to pay Rs. 1300/- to the bank.

After my several call and mail I am not getting any revert from the agent side. Please help me to recover all my money with interest from the travel agent and
Also request you to kindly take a serious action against the agent. In future they will not harass to anyone.

I had a bad experience with travel chacha .. No. 1 Fraud portal.. I have booked the ticket and they have deducted 11768. i didnt get the ticket. i have cancelled and asked for full refund.. They have accepted but till now i didnt get the REFUND AMOUNT.

ANY ONE CAN HELP ME HOW TO GET THE REFUND AMOUNT FROM THEM. OR PLS LET ME KNOW THE HIGHER LEVEL MANAGEMENET CONTACT DETAILS..

Travel Chacha — Refund of Ticket Money

On 26th OCT 2010, Air ticket was booked from DEL- NAGPUR through the Travel Chacha .com website. Then after booking agent called up and informed that ticket cost has exceded whether I would like to buy the ticket or not. On refusal they said the money will be refunded in "FULL" after 3 days. But today 15/11/2010, No maney was refunded till date.
Daily I am making call regarding these issue but company agent says that it will come within 2-3 days. But no action till date.

I am also victim of Travelchacha ticket refund.
My booking ID: ANMGTE
I cancelled my ticket on 14th Sept 2010 and customer care person told me that it will take approx 20 days.
when my refund didn't came after one month then I started calling customer care person[protected]. I am talking to Isha, Manu and Shushil continously since last 2 months but still I didn't got my ticket refund. I dropped multiple e-mails also(flights.[protected]@gmail.com) but seems these people doesn't reply such kind of e-mails.

Now It has bee 3 months but still my problem is not resolved. Now I started doubting whether they are willing to refund my money (Rs 8902/--) or not.
Can anyone please let me know how to file a complain in consumer forum. I think this is the last option for me.

lowest offers, best privileges in tour packages, good services also.

This is to share with you that i am in marketing job & use to travel from one state to another. So, i use to book airline tickets from various travel portals.

But surprisingly, i found that travelchacha.com is one of the cheapest travel portal with best offers. so, i disgree with all these bad reviews about travelchacha.com

It is established company with good no. of clientele.

This is to discuss with you that I had booked travel tickets from travelchacha.com at very low prices in the month of august 2010, but got the tickets very late.

At that time, I was thinking that may be i have blocked my money in a fake website, but luckily i got my tickets.

One of my friend also told me that he had recently booked flght tickets from travelchacha.com & got tickets on time. There problems are solved & now the portal is running successfully.

i have also a similar case with travel chacha... have you received your money yet? does this site help or do you physically have to go to the consumer court...?? i have already approached them in my case.

would like to know about your updates as i know other people who are also suffering -thanks to travel chacha
