Dear sir
I have deposited Rs. 2,00,000/- to the above Company, but more than 3 months has been passed and company has not started any service (like Travelling agent, DTH Charges, LIC Premium, Mobile Recharges Booking),
After so many reminder Company didn,t give any reply. Please do the needful and take nassessary action.

I dont think so. I have many friends doing this franchising very successfully. Dont just blabber something.
Yes this company has cheated hundred of franchisee and distributor of there hard earned money by making false promises. Company's portal is equally pathetic and policies are totally favorable for the company. Nobody is interested in resolving customer complaints, like govt. deptt will provide u a fon no of some other guy.

It's really shameful to note such a fake complaint/s which can defame any person/entity/Organisation 'on line' in Independent India.

There is absolutely no substance or truth in suchlike statement.

It is the duty of website to present only genuine complaints and delete fake one.
Truthless complaint just to encourage competitors & defame Organisation. No details given, hence it is protected legally.

There is absolute no defect in services which I am getting for last 4/5 years.

We found the website https://www.consumercomplaints.in total confusing and a source for defaming anyone for malpractising or to fulfil various personal interest of the interested party.

It even does not care to verify it or delete it.

No doubt, each and every body face problem/s but even after rectifying it, there should be someone to control it as the complaints are shown month after month and year after year.

I was under the impresssion that only multilinkworld is a fraud company. Wanted to move to travel e-point since the service from multilink world is horrible. But disappointed reading the review of another fraud company who is cheating poor agents, customers just like multilinkworld.

This review really helped to stay away from travel e-point too.
The company is pathetic. I completely agree with the OP. Their correspondence is limited only till you become a franchisee, after which they are unaware about your existence. The company uses the term b2b to fool the prospective franchisee into entering an agreement with them, they pay absolutely no importance in improving the quality of the service or the service to customers or promotion of brand, they are only dedicated into making new franchisee. They expect the franchisee to do everything which includes selling product, marketing, promoting, brand building, etc because they claim they are b2b. Their website is amongst the worst check www.travelepoint.com and www.testmerit.com Inspite of the fact that the later portal is meant to be used by the students, the whole site is dedicated to creating new franchisees having no scope for any customers. Worst part of Testmerit is the courses they claim about offering. They have quoted the market price as Rs. 3000 the content however isn't even worth Rs. 200. Unless the company changes it's ideology of paying attention and promoting the company for only creating a franchise network with absolutely no importance towards promoting the brand amongst the customer, the company will have to shut it's door within a yr or 2. I would like to warn all the people planning to buy the franchise of Travel e-point or Test merit / Testmerit The company is fraudulent / fraud it would be more or less like throwing your money away.

The Company Compark E Service or So called Travel E Point is totally corrupt. They sell one area for a distributor and again the same area for another distributor. Loads of problems are faced in recharge and other services. The service like courier and bus are still not activated. I was working here since about one year and i know in and out of this.
I take it as surprise because above complaints have no substance and it appears, these are comments on the part of ex-employees who shirk their responsibility from assignment and do not want progress of the company.

Now after going outside they are defaming the company; which speaks their moral in itself.

The complaint was posted on 22.1.2010 and till date, it is lying there.

Whether this website solve the problems of consumers /complainants? or it is supposed to be there for lifelong, may be upto 21st century.

It is nothing but mockery with the people/entity involved. Any of the ex-employees can defame their past employers through this media.

Please suggest any solutions if any, or franatic people will be permitted to carry on their illegal activities?

as i working with this company from past 1 year its really good one i never saw such problems.its good one and can be trusted and i[censored] compalint anything they listen and sort the problem of the customer.u can take franchisee of the company without having second thought.

Well we are a channel partner for this Company Travel E Point and have invested in this company much more than Two Lacs.

Yet after one year of the agreement, we are in a state of conflict and the company does not wants to help out any of the channel partner be it franchisee, distributor or state partner. They continue to make new customers invest in the company and want their channel partners to continue this viscious circle.

I also observe that they keep a keen eye on this forum also and as a fake respondent they try to have a show down of genuine complaints.

Friends, let us know that without uniting, we cannot continue the fight against such companies and they also tend to have hired legal eagles to authenticate their works as lawful which are no where accepted legally.
