Dear Madam

I have not got my refund money for Booking ID: AMLLCF even after 3 months have passed. Refund order no. provided to me is 20841.

I talked to you on 06.08.10 and i was assured that i'll get my refund in a week. Now every 4th/5th day i am calling Travelchacha.com as well as my Bank, but still no sign of refund. I am told every time by travelchacha.com representatives that i'll get information regarding credit of refund.

Shall i get a legal notice to Travelchacha.com for mis-informing about refund? Please respond or mail.

I think Travelchacha.com has no fear of Indian Consumer Court. Since repeatedly mailing and telephonic conservation was not enough for them to get my ticket cancel, After holding line for 15-20minutes and again providing details, I was threatened around 12PM i need to cancel my ticket before 3PM in order to avoid no refund from Travelchacha.com or Rs. 1000/- will be deducted if i get it canceled before 3PM. Even no senior persons have been in contact yet, i am in great confusion, kindly reply.

This is hereby to inform you that despite regularly in touch with costumer care of Travelchacha on[protected] for six days (24th july 2010 to 29th july 2010), i didn't get booking confirmation from Travelchacha.com and hence i had to cancel my my outgoing journey. After that on asking for cancellation on 31st one Travelchacha.com representative Ms. Kamaljeet kaur told me that she discussed with her seniors and they are refunding full amount in next two days.

But again on 2nd Aug i was informed that Rs. 1000/- will be deducted from my amount stating that my ticket was confirm. Since before canceling my outgoing ticket i repeatedly asked them about booking status and every single day i was told that by evening i'll get my ticket, i request you get me full amount within two days otherwise a compensation for full trip of eight days Rs. 20000/-.
