Travelyaari — No Refund and harrasment

I have booked a ticket in 20 April, 2012 from Delhi to Ludhiana through www.travelyaari.com. Due to some reason the bus was cancelled. Local authority said bus was met with an accident and not running for a month and your reservation stand for nothing and also there is no bus for an hour. I really feel like educated fool internet user.

I paid 1200 for Volvo and on location offered a normal AC bus worth half of price I paid. I refused to go and try to complain about this on Punjab state bus counter they said the amount will be refunded. Till date i.e 29th April 2012 my amount is not refunded. Fed up with them.Almost called them for 20 times and of no use. They are not even picking up my call.

Please don't use any of the service of this site"www.travelyaari.com" else you will end up messing up your trip with your family.
