[Resolved]  Tri City Cabs — Misbehaviour by the booking executive

I made a booking in the Tri City cabs today for a drop from Sector-11 to Sector- 45 and back to Sector 11. The booking executive CONFIRMED the booking to me twice, when I reached Sector 45 and asked the driver to wait for about 5 mins and then he could drop me back to Sector-11, i got a call from the tri city office[protected] saying that i should not keep the cab on waiting as he had other bookings, when i told him that i had booked the cab from Sector 11-Sector 45 and back to 11 he completely refused and started talking loudly, they completely went back on their words about the drop back to Sector 11. He also went to the extent of threatening me sating that he would never take any of my bookings again; he claimed that their service was the BEST on in the city. He threatened me further saying that if i don't let the cab go then there would be some consequenses.I'm going to register a police complaint against the company.
