[Resolved]  TTK Prestige — Customer Service / After Sales service

I had purchased a Prestige Glass Top GT 04 Gas Stove from Metro Cash and Carry Kolkata on 9th May 2009.
Unfortunately my stove burners got melted due to technical or poor quality materials, So I called the Prestige TTK Regional office at Kolkata Ph[protected] and they gave me a Customer Service No[protected] and Service Engineer No [protected].
I have been trying to call the Customer Service No for the last 4 hours for which I have a call recorded in my mobile handset but all efforts were in vain So I called Mr. S.K. Biswas on his cell phone but he said he cannot entertain me since I have no complain logged at the Customer Service moreover I have no complain docket no
So I called there Sr Manager Mr. Sengupta and complaint in regard to the poor Customer Service call center where the phone lines a engaged for 4hours and his reply was quite astonishing for a company like Prestige TTK that this is best service we can provide and not threaten them. I further took this complain to their Bangalore at[protected] and got the mobile no of the head of all India Customer service Mr. K.R. Subramanian [protected] who did not entertain my call.

I have bought an induction cookware sets from BIG BAZAR, vasant saquare, vasant kunj, New Delhi last year. but i am sorry to say that the metal ring of the induction based back side of 3 pan provide to us with the induction machine came out from its bottam frame. please give advice now, what should I do with it...

Hi,

What I am feeling now, is I made the bad decision to buy from from prestige. Poor quality product along woth poorest services.

First of all, customer care no. written on warrenty card doesnt work.

I got it Customer care no. from searching from internet, no pickup calls. After dialing lots of time on different time, able to reach to someone.

No complaint logging mechanism, instead new no. given to us to contact service engineering directly in my case it was Murli and he never pickup calls.

I also tried reaching out National service manager, I got it from Prestige site, no one picks up this no. too.

Service enginner doesnt not understand the problem but try to solve and if happens again bring product back will fix.

Pathetic, very pathetic.

I brought induction stove along with utensils, and only from SMART kithecn outlet, thining I'll get quality product and in case of some issue we can get better service.

My two utencils TAWA and pan got the issue. Tawa got bent and pan's coating went off, even by finger you can remove them.

I took it to the Smart kithecn outlet in JP nagar 7th block to get it replace. But he took 3 days to give me pan but not the Tawa.
Also pan was not repleced, he given me other pan with re-coating. He told me thats what they used to do. Tawa will be cheked by engineering and he'll decide otherwise you take it to head office.

I called customer care for assistance, first of all no. does not work, found another no. from internet, got picked up after trying couple of time.

She told me to take the Tawa to service center in Kormangla. they'll fix or replace.

Service center was in inner area and hard to located.

This not ends here, when I reach there enginner say they cant replace but head office needs to replace as Tawa has developed the bend.
Service cant fix, I asked to to talk to head office as they only told to visit service center.
They called head office and tried to fix the Tawa by hammering to flat it and given it back to me and told if it does solve this issue then take it to head office.

In very IInd day Tawa has developed bend again.

I took to head office and they tried to fix it instead of replacing and told us to bring Induction as if next time it happens.

I dont understand what is going on.

How many times I have to come to different places to get it fixed better to through them on the street.

I had purchased royale 3 burner gast stove model Glasstop 03L AI at thanjavur. Regret to say that from the time of purchase it has not been working well. It has alsways got some problem with the burners as the flame will shut out on its own without any interfernece and sometimes the burner will not get lighted or make some weird noises. Irrespective of repairs by the service men, the working of the stove is unsatisfactory. This type of performance by the product manufactured by so called established and reputed organisation like prestige is regrettable and does not earn a good name to the compnay.
Are the concerend authorities from the prestige listening ???????
we bought few products in "anything to anything exchange" offer in mahalakshmi nagar, camproad, Chennai outlet. once we reached home we saw the MRP has be punched and we could hardly see the prices of the products. when we enquired abt the prices in other outlets we found that we have been cheated. they have increased all the product prices by few rupees (RS.100, Rs. 125, Rs. 45, rs. 150) and more they issue only handwritten bills. when approached they responded very rudely. so please think before you buy products especially during sale.

I am very much interest use prestige pressure cooker in my home. The Prestige Service Support is really pathetic . I am using a Prestige Induction Stove Model No. PIC 3.0 V2 which has stopped working for last 7 days . Initially I called up the dealer who only made false promises to get the complaint attended . After that I surf the internet to check whether any Customer Service number of Prestige is available and after lot of browsing I could only find out that Coporate Service Manager based out Bangalore is the only available number even in Web also . So I called up that number and told her about my agoony, She gave me her Delhi Conterpart's number to lodge the complaint . Accordingly I called up Delhi Service Manager Mr. Bhabesh Sharma -[protected] to lodge my complaint . Mr. Sharma gave me another number of Mr. Mohit Saxena who is taking care of Gurgaon Number . I called him up also for getting the complaint attended, He provided me with the Delhi Call Center Number[protected] to register my Complaint . Finally I could register my complaint no 13G16APIC018 at Delhi Call center and I was assured that the fault will be rectified ASAP . To my utter surprise when the fault was not attended after 3 days I again called up the call center number to check the status, Now I got another astonishing reply that the same had been already sent to Gurgaon Office and asked to get in touch with another Number - [protected] . When I dialled up this new number, I was replied that they have only received it yesterday and will take another day to attend the complaint, After describing the person ( Number - [protected] ) He has assured me of the service as soon as possible, Still I don't know when the fault is going to be attended .
As it is quite evident from my story that there is no process in place for customer support as far as Prestige Appliances are concerned, Even People sitting at Manager Level are not aware of the fact that where the complaints actually needs to be registered, they simple try to pass the ball to one another .and not at all bothered about the agony faced by the Customer . I really have to think twice before purchasing any Prestige Product in future . The Company has really exhibited true unprofessionalism in handling a small service complaint and not at all acceptable in the present comptitive market .
I reckon the company will soon take some corrective action to sustain in the market in the long term .

Dear Sir,
I had deposited induction cooker of model no.PIC 6.0, Serial no.os11000854. on 16.08. 2013 at Authorised Prestige service provider MAA SOLUTION, POLT-84, Bapuji nagar, Bhubaneswar and they told for delivery on 19.08.13. During check they told me that the machine with minor problem i.e Main PCB dry soldering was mentioned in job sheet. During delivery the technician told me that the upper glass was broken. Within the time interval the job sheet was changed by mentioning in the job sheet that the glass was broken. They agreed their mistake and mentioned that the glass will be put in free of cost. They told that the glass is not available and you contact after 10-15 days. Inspite of my repeated visit and call they are unable to give the induction cooker. I was informed that the glass will be available by 17.9.13. I got the repaired cooker on 22.9.13. The very next day, Burning fumes came from the induction cooker. Again I submitted the system in the service provider. They told me (Mr. Sahoo) that there is no guarantee of electronic parts. The coil was short circuited. It will cost you and it is not available & you contacts us. Inspite of my request that it was under your possession and they told whatever you want you do. I apprehend that intentionally they have harassed me. I have already paid the service charge .
In this circumstances I sincerely request you to kindly take necessary action at earliest. And acknowledge the receipt.

i purchased a prestige food processor a week ago. Inspite of talking to the customer care twice and registering 2 complaints, not a single person from prestige is bothered to come down and help us with a demo. shame shame prestige product dealers and company itself.
i bought a prestige premia schott 3 burner glass top gas stove from M/s. Home Plus, suharsha tower, shoranur road, Thrissur, Kerala, on 09th september 2013. While using the stove we had noticed that some excessive smoke and carbon is being emited from the burners of the stove. Immediately, on 11th November 2013 i had reported the same to the concerned Dealer over telephone, however, they had not given any healthy response and in turn they had given me the contact number of your service point in Thrissur, near Patturaikal Junction. When i contacted them, they asked me to register complaint in a toll free number given by them. Accordingly, i registered necessary complaint vide complaint regn. no. KAN 66677 DTD. 11.11.2013. Surprisingly, our complaint is yet to be attended by any technician freom your company. Even though we are living in the heart of the Thrissur city we are suffering this much as customer simply because we had bought your product.

Hope, you will understand the issue with due seriousness and will arrange for an immediate redressal for our grievances.Otherwise, we will be forced to opt the next step to get justice for our genuine grievance.

Refrain from buying prestige products as the service provided by the company is very very poor. I had called up the Bangalore service centre for repair of gas stove and it is going to be 2 months, still no action is been taken. If this is the quality of service provided then it is better not to buy this company's product.
never buy prestige gas stove as i had .my cook top is under warranty as i had just bought it last year from big bazaar mumbai and my gas stove is not burning properly i m not able to cook food, i called up companys chennai no and they gave me the complaint no-AND 109610, on 7/12/2013, daily i m calling these people and they r saying that the technician will come today, i also tried companys service centre mumbais no but it is coming continuously engage, know i think that nobody will come.never buy any appliance of prestige.plz
I am an Ex - TTK Prestige Appliances Distributor, TTK Prestige follows a very simple rule = Sell and Forget.

If you have any complaint regards this product the only working solution is :- first register a complaint get the reg. number then call them and wait, if service is not proper - kindly file a complaint with proper bill, warranty or guaranty card & the complaint reg. number in your nearest Consumer Court.

Kindly do understand this is the problem when you go after TV Advt. and buy products. From next time - ensure quality of the product and the after sales service reputation of the company. As per TTK Prestige I Know they they will just play corporate games by promoting their brands with high volume of print and TV advt and give zero interest to after sales service.

Currently many shop keepers in south India have now stopped selling TTK Prestige Products. Due to this you may have noticed a sudden burst of Prestige smart kitchen outlets bubbling near you, theses outlets are franchise run by private parties and never expect better service from this place too.

Those who have bought TTK Prestige Products - all I can Save is ~~ May the almighty save you ~~ others pls keep away from this brand, TTK Prestige products is just a Bubble Cooked up with massive TV, radio & Print Media advt.

I have puchased a 3 burner glass top gas stove of prestige in february, 2011. unfortunately on 7th February, 2014 the glass top was broken out with a loud noise while i was cooking. By the grace of god, i turned to take something, this was happened and i escaped from serious injury. On the same day I tried several times to book a complaint and upto 12.15pm i could not make because the telephone line is holding for the malayam department. Due to this reason i contacted Mr. Naveen Bhandy in Bangalore and he very carefully listen the matter and he himself booked the complaint. After that I booked a complaint to the Ashoka and the officials are very much interested to takeup the matter and contacted me several times and intimated that there is no use as the guarantee period is over. On 8th February, 10ó clock one service personnel contacted to me over telephone and asked to me the following things:-.

1)you have to read the user manuel clearly before purchasing the product..
2) While using pressure cooker this will happen. due to the block of LPG
3) While using Tava and big utensils also this will happen.
Finally he told me that the cost of repair is Rs.1800/- and if your are interested you call me. NExt day he told me that your matter is closed.


Sir, gas stove is purchasing for cooking not for keeping in the show case in the living room..


My dinner set and 6 costly glass set are damaged due this blasting.


Please advise the company to take care about their product. Kindly avoid such type of gas stoves etc. Lot of people are suffering from this problems and the rude behaviour of the service personnels. I am Jayanthi, we had moved to our apartment on 15 th December 2013, the pressure cooker that we had gotten for our house warming which happens to be a prestige deluxe (red-5litres) is not in proper working condition. The problem seems to be that while cooking the weight on the cooker jumps out . I would like the company to send someone to take a look . i had complained about the prestige gas stove on 14th of feb and a executive had come on the same day with out any spare parts after we telling them the problem to the executive to change the burner. he had promised to visit us with the burner but till date he had not visited we had made number of calls to the call center a reply was given stock not there they will be visiting us within a day 16th gone and 17th gone none had called to solve the problem nor they had visited, this is the prestige of prestige company shame shame the way the call center handle the customer .GAS comes out of the burner...everyday we wait expecting this guy will come...sorrryyyy, nobody comes nor handles...now we will like throwing this new gas stove out of window and suggest and guide friends and realtvies not go for it if you have prestiage in your family then u should not buy very sorry officers pls handle this and shame such a big company not maintains stocks which is essential items...pls wake come wake come ...u people spend our money on advt and give us such a poor service ...

I have a prestige Deluxe cooker I bought a gasket which has been said that this is an appropriate gasket for my deluxe, supreme and ultimate cookers but, this does not suit my deluxe cooker. Every occasion I am facing the same problem and finally end up loosing money. Is this a business tactics to swindle money from the customers??
As per my earlier complaint against Prestige TTK Gas stove with Two Burner and Induction, the prestige person visited home and claimed that it is all rectified, but today morning around 5 am on 18/03/2014 as my mother started cooking the entire gas stove kind of busted with flames and later caught fire and was in flames, By Gods Grace just before this incident could happen Mom had moved from kitchen or else whole scene would have ended with a casuality, i want to ensure that this new stove is Replaced with a new one, it was purchased from Big Bazaar Rajaji nagar, next to ISKON Temple, Bangalore, item was Booked on 25/01/2014 but home delivered one and a half weeks later that puts on 2nd or 3rd of Feb 2014, It is very much under Warranty.
Request u to kindly assist in the Needful.
