[Resolved] TTML — Third class services - PUNE
I have purchased a broadband service from TTML in July. When I shifted to a newly rented house in Akurdi area. TTML sends sales executives for selling their services like broadband. Mr. Dinkar who came to sell broadband services, showed me a plan where the full year cost was mentioned. I agreed to that plan and agreed to avail the services. I paid them by cheque. After that they did not come back!!! weird!!!. I had to run after those sales executives to get my connection after a month!!! I paid the amount mentioned in the plan. However, Mr. Dinkar told me that I did not have to pay VAT since it is under society centrex plan!!!
It was very smooth after that. Intermittently, I started getting mails from TTML saying I have to pay VAT. I explained them many times that it was told to me that I did not have to pay VAT.
One day my services are suspended. I tried calling(wasting money) customer care. What they have is script running on their terminal..."Sorry for the inconvenience"!!!
Then I called up these sales person's manager called Mr. Shailesh who is based out of Shivajinagar office, Pune. I wasted half of my mobile monthly payment behind these guys. He said it was fault from them. But they cant help!!! Hence, I have to share the remaining amount with them. i.e. 800 = 400 from customer and 400 from sales executive. I agreed to pay if they were ready to start. They did not send anyone for collection. After 3/4 days again my services are suspended.
I am fed up of these people what should I do?
