Inordinate delay in supply of H.P.Gas refil cylinder. I am a H.P.Gas consumer holding Customer Id no. 612058 having double cylinder connection. on[protected], I requested for exhausted gas cylinder replacement with refil and am informed that it will be sent within 15 days. From[protected],I have been in constant touch with Office people of T.T.Traders, Tirupti requesting stage of my waiting duration, but I am not being given any response. Atleast on four occassions I personally called on agency office and whenever I approached I was informed that billing was over and it will be sent on the day itself. Since the telephone of the agency is either always busy or no response save on 4 occassions. I am a senior citizen and making me to hang around the agency's office is not good. I don't understand as to whether it will take 23 days to supply gas refil after booking. When other agencies are able to supply refil on the very next day of booking, what is the difficulty in supplying gas refil by this agency. I presume that lack of coordination between officials and delivary boys is the cause prevailing. Please don't give me trouble and if the same situation prevails I will have to trace alternate methods. Was this information helpful? | 
tirumala gas agency — delay in refills
I have booked refill at to distributor on 20 october2010. till date distributor has not provided me LPG refill. This type of delay in delivery occur almost evry month.Even after their allotment the delivery boys also making late three or four days.during this days we will get lot of cylinders on block on worth of 500/- and also double cylinder also worth of 4000/-. my name is d.basavachari .gas card no. 41811 from gajuwaka.
if i ask any thing in the phone consversation their reply also in rude manner.
pl try to solve this problems from your end.
