[Resolved]  Turkish Airlines — baggage Lost & Found

I travelled on this mentioned details on 21st November and my baggage on Arrival at New Delhi on 22nd November 2009 was found to be missing. There after several follow-ups I was confirmed that my baggage has been lost and you may please file a baggage lost claim with us on 27th November and there after a claim was filed on 07th December'2009. during this period I had purchased many of my clothings and personal belongings due to this lost, however after several confirmation that the baggage is lost however I have still received a comment in Feb that the baggage is traced and again the customer care was silent for a month for delivering the bag there after in March they confirmed that they are still searching the bag and finally on 15th March the was found and delivered to me. During all these delay it is not possible to for me to not buy clothings and accessories as it was confirmed that the bag is lost - so I had re-invest close to USD 2500 for my personal goods and now the your customer care in Delhi confirmed that the maximum compensation will be USD 300 only, also as desired I have submitted all the bills of my purchase and still there is no positive response from your side which is surprising for me. I always travel through Turkish Airlines and this is my worst experience of travel and makes me to think before travelling next time.

Turkish Airline — Torn baggage

My new Delsey suitcase was damaged by Turkish Airline when I claimed luggage at Istanbul.
They agreed to compensate me Euro 180 after negotiations. All documents were taken from me and I was told that amount will be sent to me in Delhi after the Airline receives the money from insurance Company.
I have been chasing Turkish airlines Delhi and Istanbul offices for 3 months now but they seem to have back tracked. They are now denying me the amount accepted by them. Sometimes they offer to repair it and most times they don't even reply to my mails.

This latter to explain what happened to me and my family during my trip to Turkey. First of all, I has released tow tickets(2) round trip from Riyadh to Istanbul, for me and my wife from Attayyar Office for Travel and Tourism-Main Office in Riyadh, and tow tickets(2) round trip for internal flights from Istanbul to Trabzon, from Turkish Tourism Office in Riyadh, BY RESERVATION NUMBER ( R D T W E L ) as follow:

I travelled from Riyadh to Istanbul then to Trabzon, but when I checked my reservation in Trabzon airport on (19 OCT ), I discovered that my wife reservation to Istanbul has been cancelled without any action from my side and used by someone else . Also I discovered that her reservation from Istanbul to Riyadh cancelled and used too! While in the same time my wife with me in Trabzon!. During that I have told Turkish airways office and they sent an email to main office in Istanbul to know what happened but from that date (19 OCT) until (21 OCT) I haven't received any reply therefore they advised me to issue new ticket(1) for my wife from Trabzon to Istanbul and another ticket for her from Istanbul to Riyadh. Upon that I paid ( 1006, 24 TL ) in spite of having original e-ticket. After they charged me ( 50 EUR = 99 TL ) because I changed my reservation to return to Riyadh from (24 OCT) to be on (21 OCT).
Now, I present my complains asking How is that happened? And ask how my wife reservation cancelled without notifying me, And how my wife ticket used by someone else? And how that someone passed all check points in Istanbul airport without any identification or comparing his ID with the original reservation information.
The aim of this is getting back my money for the line ( Trabzon – Istanbul – Riyadh ) for my wife, And pay what is worth this error which I am surely know is a mistake of Turkish Airways office in Istanbul Airport.
Please solve this problem and answer all these questions and return my money back as soon as possible.
