[Resolved] TV Products India Pvt. Ltd., Malad, West Mumbai. Product name-ABDOER. A teleshopping company — Non delivery of product after realisation of full payment
I placed order for one 'ABDOER', a home excercising product online on 22.9.2010 with TV Products India Pvt. Ltd., alternately known as Televantage, located at C-606, Eureka Towers, Mind Space, Behind Lakozy Toyota, Off Link Road, Malad, West Mumbai-400095. An amount of Rs.8090=00 was instantly paid by my ICICI credit, also online, which was successfully captured and realised by TV Products India Pvt.Ltd. as was informed to me by ICICI Bank thrpough SMS on the same day. My ICICI credit card no. is [protected](Preferred category Mastercard). It was promised by the customer care executive (One Ms.Romita/Ronita) that the product would be delivered within 14 days from the date of placement of order and date of payment. The transaction no. provided by her is 529305 and the order i.d is V005998, both dated 22.9.2010. The period of 14 days is long over and I have not received 'ABDOER' till date. Full payment was made by me inclusive of delivery charges. On query, the Company is either providing false information or not responding at all to my e-mails and phone calls. The Company needs to be punished for their fraudent practices and their unsuspecting customers, both in India and beyond (they promise to send products to Pakistan and similar other adjacent countries as seen to have been publicising on 'Firangi' TV in last September) duly protected against the evil designs of such a fake organisation.
